This hotel needs a whole lot of upgrades garage, lobby, elevator, even the staff. The breakfast was not worth getting up out the bed for smh it's a mess totally all the way. Only really good thing about it is it's location.

This hotel is close to Beale Street - however, its old, dirty, tired, and in need of major refurb or demolition. The fire safety doors leading from the stairwells were all open, the carpets were threadbare, I could go on. The staff are friendly, but in all honesty leave well alone.

Room clean and acceptable. Unsecured elevator open to public sidewalk and all levels of public parking garage. A security system whereas room key is swiped for elevator use is necessary. Anyone can access any floor/any room. Would be concerned with family with small children.

The location is great, it's just a 5 minute walk to Beale street. The room was basic but clean. The staff on reception weren't very friendly. The hotel is the top 3 floors of a large car park complex but unfortunately you still have to pay to park.

I had stayed twice before at this hotel. You get what you pay for, bare bones, but I found it to be clean and close to attractions. This past stay was a nightmare. They would not let us check in early, at all. After finally checking in, 3 hours later, within 15 minutes 2 strange men came through our hotel...

Here is my issue with this hotel and normally I find the good and bad, it was just really hard seeing the good. Smoking: not all rooms are smoking however you can smell the smoke from the smoking rooms. Pool: Read the warning signs, and just avoid it. Parking: It's your parking garage really $10 for you guests to park...

My overnight visit was Horrid!!! The front lobby is shabby and not connected to the hotel. The elevators were in poor condition- very slow. Elevators are accessed outdoor/ off street...no key card needed... Unsafe. Parking garage very unkept and dirty with old mattresses & box springs (7th floor). The rooms were dated. Old TV, broken ironing board , dirty carpet,...

We go to Memphis a couple of times a year so I am surprised I have missed this on my past searches for hotels.Always staying within walking distance of Beale St, I have spent more than I have wanted to in past visits and not staying in the room but to sleep and shower so when I saw the price...

This is by far the cheapest place to stay in downtown Memphis. For the price you pay you can't expect a 5 star resort. The room was outdated but clean. I never heard a sound through the walls, I slept like a baby! It's four blocks from Beale St. and a safe walk. I never had an issue here and...
