Well I hope some people don't have some high standards when booking econo lodge, building is a bit dated, parking charged 10 dollars, clean enough and quiet, comfortable bed, good shower, nice size room, breakfast available. Can't complaint with the price that I pay. Short Walk to Beale St!

My international friends and I stayed here over Fall Break to visit Memphis. My family lives in Memphis and my friends wanted to come visit somewhere different. The price definitely gives you what you pay for - basically a great location and a place to sleep. You can walk pretty much anywhere in Downtown, such as the Peabody, the FedEx... More

They say you get what you pay for, and for $65 a night you didn't get a lot. The rooms were clean they were just run down and out dated. You can hear through the walls so it makes for a restless night sleep and a very early wake up call depending on your neighbors activity. The parking structure attached... More

Ok if you were on a very tight budget but would strongly advise anyone to save up a little more and stay somewhere else!! Bedroom ok, bathroom not so ok. Glad we had a shower as would not have a bath in that!! Walls so thin you could hear everything....first night spent there we heard all sorts. One side of... More

A really old tired hotel but if on a budget it is good. Close to Beale Street. Parking was $10 overnight. The hotel is the top three floors of a ten story car park building. Reception at street level. The slow elevators and awful music give it character. Best place to stay if wanting to not spend all your money... More

For the price, we weren't expecting much from this hotel, but we liked the location near Beale Street. The first issue was the parking garage. It was 7 floors, with 3 floors of hotel on top. The garage was filthy. There were abandoned cars and trailers that had been there so long, their tires had disintegrated. Our room looked fine;... More

If you want a budget hotel in downtown Memhpis this is the place to go. Hotel itself is nothing fancy but the room is spacious and clean and plenty of free parking space is available. Beale Street is just a small walk away and if you don't mind a stroll you can walk to the Loraine Motel and Sun Studios... More

WE stayed November 7-8 needs major renovations. Hotel staff was very nice. We went down to see Beale Street and did not stay in the room that much. For the price you can't beat it. But if you are planning on staying more then a couple of days spend the extra money and stay at a nicer place.

Don't expect much. My husband and I chose this hotel because of price and location. We knew we wouldn't be spending time in our hotel, so we didn't want to spend a bunch of money on that. If we were staying ore than two days, his wouldn't be a place I would stay. The rooms aren't filthy, but I wouldn't... More

Just a five minute walk from Beale street with onsite parking (for $10 24hr in/out priviliges) makes this a convenient budget choice. I wasn't too sure when we first pulled up but once we got up to our room I felt comfortable enough. The room was spacious and clean, but as others have said, it is a little run down.... More
