If you want to be treated like you are at a 1 star hotel please ask for Lynette Watson at the front desk. If you want to talk to her manager she will give you a card of Gary Morrison who will not be there and will not return your calls.Lynette was not only unhelpful but borderline confrontational over a...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

We had a great stay here. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and our room had a particularly sparkling bathroom. The staff at the valet and front desk were both very friendly and welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect for Memphis. From this hotel you can easily walk to the heart of Beale Street in the evening a...

We requested an upper floor away from the elevator and were accommodated, only complaint is that we were close to the garage elevator and could hear it going up and down at all hours. Did not complain because we didn't notice it until we were trying to sleep. Next time I'll ask for mid hallway! Room was clean and comfortable....

Really like this place. Rooms were nicely appointed and staff was efficient and friendly. But you gotta love a place the rents guitars for their guests. Not shabby ones either but the good stuff! Gibson Les Paul's, SG's, the works!! I've never seen that before and thought it fit the atmosphere and history of Memphis perfectly. Of course they are...

Like the other Westin's I've seen, this one is very nice, it's safe and there's little to complain about. This one is located in downtown Memphis, just off Beale Street, so it's incredibly convenient for exploring downtown. We loved it. The service was great and as usual the beds are incredibly comfortable.

Spent my birthday weekend here, and could not have made a better choice. The location is great, the facility is clean, safe and well-kept. But the staff is the best part. Bell staff, housekeeping, front desk all were friendly, outgoing, and willing to help in any way. Special shout out to caroline the hotel night auditor. We were very late...

Great location near Beale Street and the convention center. You can also walk to the Rendevous and Peabody if you're following the "must-do" list for Memphis. Standard Westin, nice updated decor, staff friendly, never did have a meal here with all the dining options nearby, but a lively cocktail lounge, even on a Tuesday.

We are planning on staying at the Westin next week to celebrate our anniversary. I called the hotel to speak to the concierge so I could make some special arrangements in advance of our arrival (e.g., in room spa services, dinner reservation, flowers and wine in the room, etc.). I was transferred four times and was eventually hung up on....

Great location, steps from Beale Street and Fed Ex arena. Good service, nice decor. BUT they put us in a room at the end of the hall (west end) which I discovered later was next to the service elevator. Spent the night listening to the (LOUD) swooshing of the elevator up and down. No need for an alarm clock, as...

My review of this place is mixed. I will list the good and the bad. Good: 1. The location of this place is amazing if you are attending events at fed ex forum. It's across the street and just steps away. It was really our reason for staying here. 2. We stayed in room 603 and our view was directly...

Photokim, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We work hard to provide each of our guest a refreshing rejuvenating experience and are disappointed that we missed the mark in several areas during your stay. It is most disheartening that we were unable to address these concerns while you were on property and assist in...
