I attended a meeting at the Marriott Memphis East in March and realized I may have lost my engagement and wedding band while I was there. After scouring our home and car, I called the hotel several days after the meeting just to see if maybe I had lost it at the hotel. When I called to inquire, the desk...

This Marriott is a mixed bag but I would stay here again -- primarily because I am loyal to Marriott. It feels a bit older and my room had a funky smell which is a huge negative. The concierge/executive lounge is way undersized and crowded at breakfast, i.e. ran out of coffee, nowhere to sit, etc.. The room was very...

Came in at 2am from a road trip and was welcomed warmly by the staff and got into my room quickly for a good nights sleep. In the morning the breakfast buffet was good and just what I needed before hitting the road and heading home.

Myself and several others were in town for a friend's funeral. We were in the pool area, when a manager came to advise that there was a complaint about disruption in the pool area. We were not the only hotel guests in the pool at the time, Nor did any of the guests there complain about the disruption ( music...

Stayed at the property for 4 nights. The first night was an award stay and were given two double beds rather than a king. The double beds were lumpy and not comfortable. We were able to switch to a king for the remaining three nights (which we were paying customers), which was comfortable. The concierge breakfast was scarce. Almost everything...

This Marriott is in a great location in East Memphis. The staff is incredibly welcoming and make you feel like you're staying in a very upscale hotel. The rooms (especially the beds) are super comfortable, and have quite a lot of space for a standard room. Everything looks new and upgraded, and it's quite peaceful for being a larger hotel....

Stayed three nights here... the breakfast buffet was minimalist.. I've stayed at FF inns and TP suites in the country that have had a better spread. Visited Jacuzzi twice and on both days there were no towels. Even though the hot tub opens at 5, at 8 AM the water was not even lukewarm. When I requested the maintenance guy...

The room was great and up to date; however it smelled moldy and there was nail polish smeared on the desk. Other than those things, it was a nice stay for the price. Location was great, close to Target and restaurants.

I stayed in this Marriott for two nights this past weekend. This is the second time that we have stayed here and it was a great stay once again. The bed slept great and the room was very spacious. Also one of the best shower heads in the bath that I've ever used.
