The landlord is brilliant and very accommodating to any needs. I have stayed here several times and the food has always been freshly made and delicious. On the times I have stayed here the rooms are always immaculately clean and also very homely. I can't speak more highly of this place!!

We drove past today on our way to the dam, and thought that we'd return for lunch. As always our walk turned into more of a hike and by the time we got back it was just heading to 3pm. Well past closing time, but since there were some bikers sitting out front with a drink, we assumed we could...

We decided to book a last minute break here for Sunday night and we're so glad they had a room available. When we arrived there was a mini beer festival going on so it was quite busy and the weather was lovely. We checked in and were shown straight to our room which was quite big with our own bathroom...

Stopped in for an evening meal and and a few pints after a day's walk on the Cambrian Way. There was a quite reasonable selection of craft/cask beer all in excellent condition. It was "Hamburger Night" and what terrific hamburgers they were. Nice cosy atmosphere and friendly service. Well worth the walk up the hill if you are staying at...

Stop here overnight after a long day out on the motorbikes. The landlord is a great guy, very friendly, welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The bar is great and the beer all of great quality.
