This hotel is in a pretty spot with lovely views over the bay. It was very clean room and the young lady who checked us in was very helpful. Breakfast was included and it had a plentiful array of items. The only downside was that it was very chilly I'm the room. There was an electric radiator but it tended... More

Room was tidy, but that was the best thing. The window in room 2 is frosted so you can't see the kitchen extractor fan it is located next too. This fan is on when you are trying to sleep so you can't sleep with the window open. The room is so hot that you actually need the window open as... More

We went for a few drinks and some food with a bunch of mates, and overall it was a pretty good experience. Staff were pleasant, the beer garden was perfect with views over the harbour. The beer was expensive but hey that's Aberaeron, everything appears to be expensive.

The room was of a good size, very clean and we'll equipped. Breakfast was very good but when ordering food in the evening service was very slow The hotel was in an ideal area for traveling around the Cardigan Bay coast. Would return in the future

Visited family in Aberaeron last week, stayed here few years ago due to great location. Still a reasonable price for a short break with small children. Much improved, rooms had been upgraded, new management and staff very friendly. Breakfast and evening meals very good but service one evening was very slow. Will stay here again.

Got a lovely double aspect room overlooking the small harbour area. Lovely big bed with lots of tea coffee water and cookies! Bathroom quite small but clean. Very busy in the evening serving pub grub. Good choice at breakfast. Parking is a bit tricky in peak season as the car park near to the hotel gets really busy and is... More

Myself and my other half have just returned from a one night stay at The Monachty in Aberaeron. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return to the Monachty when we visit the area again. The rooms are very clean and tidy, well decorated and had a spacious bathroom. Two negatives are that you do get noise from the kitchen... More
