Lovely size rooms and great location for getting around. Beds were very comfortable and air con was really helpful as it was so warm Really good choice of food for breakfast. Only downside is you have to pay for swimming pool each time you use it which put us off.

We stayed in a family room - consisting of 2 double beds. The facilities were good and the room was a nice big size. The bathroom and carpets were rather old and decor underwhelming, but fine for our needs. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. Although the sauna and steam rooms were closed due to COVID, we were pleasantly surprised by the lovely pool and hot jacuzzi. All in all, a nice stay.

Customer service appalling, upon arrival we were greeted by 2 staff members of staff the one “Francine” was very rude in her manner very abrupt, we stayed for a tribute night which was great. Staff serving the food were amazing. Breakfast was chaotic, totally rammed with stressful staff. The staff on check in definitely need to go on a customer service course, initially did spoil the start of our day, but had a great time, until check out where hostile hilly was on duty again. Needs updating as rooms are quite dated with mould on bathroom tiles, also found a used razor on bathroom floor.

Nice place but a few things need to addressed We stayed in a superior room which was a walk across from the main hotel unfortunately there was no rail on the first set of steps and the path was a bit dicey if u were in high heels. The room was lovely and clean with tea and coffee ,hair dryer, and ironing board and iron. Bad bit the shower in the bathroom though lovely had no grip rails and was quite slippery when wet,so that really needs to be addressed. The food was lovely .3 course up stairs in the hall.pupping hot and really quick service. Breakfast was lovely as well. Will we stay there again yes but not in that block though the views were amazing. 2 far for me from restaurant and bar.
