Had a lovely 4 nights over the bank holiday weekend. We were allocated a pitch but chose to stay in the one of the open fields. We had an amazing view over the bay and our children age 3 and 6 could run around in the open space. The toilet facilities are excellent, very clean and well laid out. 20p...

We stayed for 3 nights in early August and we were very happy with our stay. Location: about a 20 min walk to Criccieth which has lots of shops, cafes etc and the castle and beach. 5 to 10 mins the opposite way in a car brings you to a Lidl, Aldi and further on in Porthmadog- Tesco. Amenities: there...

Stayed at eisteddfa mid july lovely setting and position good facilities! Well established campsite that could do with a few tweeks! We used to stay on the Llyn Peninsular but due to family staying in Criccieth and seeing good reviews we opted for Eisteddfa. We were not disappointed the site was everything we love when caravanning. Easy access although fencing a bit tight on the little one way system. Pitch 28 was perfect for us, room for about 8 or so...

Been going to this campsite for the past 10 years, after stumbling upon it by accident. Absolutely brilliant. Drew & Karen, who run the place are fantastic hosts, nothing is too much trouble. Pitches are large & electric hook-ups great. The toilet blocks are clean & hot water plentiful & only 20p for a 4 min shower. The site is...

We didn't book but just phoned ahead the morning that we were due to arrive. The owners were very helpful with regards to where best to pitch our tent as we had two little ones. Our first night (saturday) was noisier than the the remainder of our stay due to two young couples having a bit of a party in...

Loved this campsite! Clean, well maintained, spacious and welcoming. The shower block was cleaned regularly and the grounds were very pleasing. Fantastic location, breath taking views. This is a quiet but friendly site, and the other visitors to the site were respectful towards others (no loud music blasting out!) There is a small play area for young children to use,...
