My sister and I have just returned from Criccieth staying 3 nights at the Caerwylan Hotel. The hotel, especially our lovely front room with a wonderful view. The food and staff were excellent. I would recommend this to anyone. We were also very lucky with weather!

Wow- what a fab experience I'm having here in Caerwylan hotel! The team are genuine, friendly, super attentive and such a warm atmosphere! Got a room with a view - be sure to request it, and it's so worth it, fell asleep this evening in such a beautiful bed, sank right in to it, listening to the waves. Food was...

Birthday weekend for my wife and I became an absolute pleasure. Our room overlooking the sea was magical and the food beyond our expectations. The staff were friendly, efficient and always willing to go that extra mile. Nothing was too much trouble and my request for a special meal for my wife, not on the usual menu, was executed to...

Located on the sea front, the hotel was immaculately clean & decorated. The owners and all the staff were efficient, friendly and nothing was too much trouble - a brilliant team. The restaurant is also worth mentioning with a wide menu selection, all of which was cooked to a high standard.

Our second visit this year to this wonderful hotel. The new owners, Michael and Frances, were charming, warm and friendly and made our short 3 night stay just perfect. Bedroom 24 was ideal. Spacious and very comfortable with stunning views and sounds of the breaking waves to die for. Meeting the staff again was just like seeing old friends and...

WOW! Thank you so much for such a brilliant review of our hotel, and our team here at the Caerwylan. It really made me smile with you mentioning the "quirky" lift, although she can be a little temperamental, I would hate to not have her in the building. We are looking forward to seeing you both again next year. Travel...

It was such a pleasure to visit Caerwylan after 15 or so years. Our last holiday there was in the summer and it was blissfully hot and sunny; this time it was very mild for November and the sun shone, so we were once more enjoying the wonderful sea views and a few short strolls when time allowed. There had...

Thank you very much for your review. We like to think of our lift as "romantic" but you are right, it is quite small!
