The site is well maintained and in an ideal location for the Mawddach Trail. The pods each have a tv, heater, electric plug and their own picnic table outside and there is a small bathroom just for pod users. We were made to feel welcome and I recommend this site to anyone looking for a pod break.

Just like to say a big thank you to Sue for a warm welcome at the Tan y Fron guest house in Dolgellau. It's spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The view from our window was breathtaking and the area is fabulous for walking and cycling. We cycled the Mawdach estuary to Barmouth which was nice and flat and approximately 18...

The true test is always when you invite friends and family at Christmas. Not only are the views fantastic, with local produce on your doorstep, the welcome was warm and friendly. The site is very clean and had everything you need to ensure that come rain, shine, mud, sea or sand you and your clothes can be clean, warm and...

Very nice campsite. Tidy, picturesque, easy to book. Convenient location. Flat pitches, soft grass. We parked really close to our tent. Shower block was warm and clean but the showers themselves could have had better water pressure and also were lukewarm after 11pm when we got back from the pub. There was a hair dryer and another electrical socket in...

Booked this campsite over the phone after having the number from a friend. We didn't receive any confirmation email, when we turned up for our holiday we were turned away because we have a dog. Not at any time were we informed dogs are not permitted and this is the first time I have ever come across a campsite that...

Only stayed one night, wish it could have been longer. E mailed the night before, as it was last minute visit, and booked by Sue immediately. Was met by the owner (man) and showed to my room, which was a lovely spotless room at the front. Tried to pay in advance, as I was leaving reasonably early the next morning,...

Me and my girlfriend recently visited this campsite and stayed in one of the 4 camping pods. They cost around £37 per night which was a decent price considering the pods include and tv/dvd player and radiator. You have to bring your own bed so we brought our blow up bed and there was still plenty of room inside. I'm...

Absolutely fabulous and idyllic place to camp in pods. Clean, friendly and secure place to camp with Own BBQ area. Dolgellau is a beautiful village with places to visit nearby. Peace and quiet you want, you have it. Can also bring tents and tourers to site.

Shown to our room which was ok,but all that the owner did was moan about how hard she worked. It appears she has a farm with sheep and it was lambing time.she wants...

Came here with a mate for a mountain bike weekend and wasn't expecting much as we've been to a few B&B's nearby in the past few years which turned out to be not very nice. After 5 minutes when we met the owners and seeing our room my mind was soon put at ease. The room was a family room...
