I stayed with my wife and 2 year old daughter and we all loved it. A beautiful house with a rich history. The grand hallway was quite breath taking. Our room (Cambrian suite) was absolutely massive with incredible views of the mountains. The garden was very nice. The hosts Nigel and Madge were lovely. Very welcoming and helpful. Nigel even...

I found this gem while searching for places near Coed y Brenin as this was a mid-week escape to do some siteseeing and mountain biking. Nigel and Madge were great hosts. We had a full English breakfast both mornings which was just the right start for riding some trails or exploring Caernarfon. We would have preferred to stay longer, but...

The hosts and location made this a lovely stay for us. My partner and I took an elderly Aunt and her dog and Nigel and Madge made us very comfortable and looked after all our needs. Would highly recommend.

Been going back there for the last 18 years. Stayed 4 days last week in the newly refurbished apartment on B&B bases. Comfortable and clean, but it is the warm welcome from the owners Nigel and Marge, good breakfast and the lovely hall and staircase that do it for us. It really feels like going home, a bit more than...

This place is just such a gem! We made a very last minute decision to go on a mini-break to Wales over the weekend. We stumbled upon this place due to a Google recommendation and really couldn't have been more fortunate. The place itself is perched on top of a beautiful flowery hilltop overlooking a stunning mountain range -the view...

I stayed at Penycoed Hall at the beginning of May on business. They were very accommodating hosts. I arrived late in the evening, Nigel stayed up until I arrived and was friendly and welcoming. The room was large, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The view from the room, and out the front, is incredible. I enjoyed a nice morning...

This would quite simply not be the case as we cater with as much care for 'veggies' as we do for others. We always ask our guests the night before what they would like for breakfast and if you had scrambled eggs on toast then that would have been your choice. We always have fruit, cereals, fruit juice and yoghurts...
