Ffynnon is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are fabulously decorated, and immaculately clean. The service is really friendly, great breakfast and the whole experience is really peaceful and welcoming. We totally recommend this hotel, it's a lovely place to relax and a great base from which to enjoy the outstanding beauty of Snowdonia.

You arrive at Ffynnon and instantly feed relaxed and at ease. We were well looked after from the moment we arrived and were made to feel welcome even with a 6 month old baby. We had the most peaceful weekend and slept really well in the quiet rooms. We ate in the restaurant Sat night and had a wonderful, relaxing...

Stayed Friday and Saturday October 21st 22nd. The room used was the Sydney suite which was very comfortable with a lovely soft bed and a roll top bath in the room. The Ffynnon is a lovely old house with some fantastic quirky art dotted around and it is tastefully decorated throughout. We both liked the fact that it felt like your...

Just had a wonderful 3-night break at this delightful small, quiet, comfy hotel. Slept in both Aimée and Emily rooms due to unavailability of 1 room for 3 nights and they were both lovely - as I'm sure are the rest of the rooms. Staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Breakfasts delicious. Ate in the restaurant 1 evening and...

An absolute delight. A beautiful, spacious house with very attractive, comfortable rooms and lovely communal areas. Fabulous art dotted around the house, too. Great service, very friendly and helpful. The only (very, very minor) thing was the wifi in the room didn't work, but we were able to connect closer to the office. Overall, the whole stay was very relaxing...

Dear Mark Thank you for your kind review. we're thrilled that you enjoyed your stay with us at ffynnon and that you had a relaxing time. I'm sorry you had problems accessing the wi-fi. Unfortunately as we are in a rural area, without fibre, the broadband service is limited and we do experience connectivity problems from time to time. We...

Beautiful hotel, with beatutiful rooms and facilities. Weekend breakfast at 9-10am would be late for some early starters but personally I found that it forced me to have a much enjoyed lie in. If we had wanted they would have put some food in the butlers pantry for breakfast but then I would have missed my lovely scrambled egg bagel...

Lovely building, even though the approach is dramatically tight and narrow! Staff are beyond reproach, all the rooms are lovely, everything is clean and appears cared for, the bed was comfy and we both slept like logs. Lounge is pleasant and the honesty bar a nice touch. The only things letting it down are the slightly strict hours for check...

Who knew that nestled along a quiet little lane in Dolgellau was a little gem of a boutique townhouse, with 6 individual stunning rooms. We stayed in 'Emily', which had a bedroom, and separate very large bathroom, which had us amazed at the quality and luxury of both rooms. When you add that to the overall house, and the warm...

I had the pleasure of making a quick overnight pit stop at Ffynnon on the way to Snowdon last weekend. What a truly beautiful B&B! The staff were lovely - totally understanding despite our late arrival and making us feel at ease straight away. They accommodated all of our needs - including an early breakfast to get up and off...

Fabulous b&b the room and food was perfect as expected when paying this sort of price 😋 You couldn't ask for a better location. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the mould around the base of the shower not something I would expect to see in such an otherwise lovely place.
