We have visited Brynteg on several occasions in the past and we're looking forward to a nice time this Easter weekend. The site was busy with lots of families as it has been at other holiday times we have been.Unfortunately the management seemed to have totally lost the plot on providing sufficient staff to provide even a basic level of...

Stayed here over Easter for a long weekend and felt like our being there was a bit of an inconvenience to the park. I appreciate it was Easter but the idea is that people come here for their holiday not to find that all your staff seemed to be on holiday too. There was hardly any staff and those there...

The holiday park we felt was very safe for children and it had a real community feel with everyone from staff to visitors being very friendly. The swimming facilities...

Really nice place, just come back from a weekend at Brynteg. Staff are very friendly, Would 100% go back. You must try the boat house which is situated right next to the lake, the pizza is delicious. The camp site is right next to Snowdonia national park, which is a must see whilst there.

Very disappointed at our family break in Brynteg this weekend. We paid nearly £400 for a 3 night break and as previous owners, it was a shame to see how the park facilities have majorly gone downhill since the takeover by Park Leisure. The Go Active staff stand around and chat amongst themselves (in Welsh, which I think is rude...

I went with 4 other ladies for a relaxing, spa weekend. We stayed in a beautiful caravan that was high up on the site with the most amazing views over Anglesey. We went to the club and all had treatments. They had messed this up but because of this, one treatment was free. The treatments were all excellent and the...
