Rooms were very spacious with all facilities you would expect. Clean and tidy and very food value. You are right in the centre of Monmouth so can be a little noisy especially as it's a Wetherspoons hotel. Food in the pub section is typical good...More

Comfortable room with friendly service. Unfortunately this was overshadowed by drunken loutish behaviour until the early hours resulting in about 4 hours sleep. Fair play to Wetherspoons, who gave us a full refund.

I don't think there's a back yard but there is a public car park within two minutes walk. There's also free on street parking within a minute too. It's a pretty safe town so you should be ok whichever way.
