Went tonight for a meal as a party of three. Lovely roaring fire with a cozy feel. The portions were huge and tasty. Will definitely be going back as my friends gammon looked so tasty and i need to try it 😜

This was our second visit and it was fantastic. Very clean hotel, good food and friendly staff. Highly recommended for couples and families. We will definitely come back in the future and maybe stay longer than one night.

We stayed here for two nights, we have the Executive Suite which is located in a separate house next to the Pub. Extremely nice accommodation with separate lounge from the Large Bedroom at the rear, also it has a small garden area at the rear which would be lovely in the summer. The bathroom was large with a hydro bath... More

Can't fault it. Great friendly staff, good food, room clean, tidy, bed comfortable, service brilliant, tea coffee etc restocked in the room daily. What is there not to like about this place? Thanks guys I really needed a break from work and you provided the perfect refuge for a few days.

Can't fault the hotel on furnishing and decor all very clean ....but there was this very strange aroma coming from somewhere and could not put my finger on it , had the widow open all night and a cool breezy one at that , we had very little sleep ..the other problem was trying to negotiate the VERY steep staircase... On arrival, reception was extremely friendly and welcomed us to the hotel. We booked an executive room, which is in another building opposite the square, a wonderfully renovated old hotel. Our bedroom room was adequately sized, had bold wallpaper behind the bed, a colourful chandelier, interestingly old chair and sideboard, wonderfully comfortable bed linen and a large wall mounted TV.... Checked in for 1 night, the accommodation is split over 2 sites (one being over the pub and the other in another building across the road), our room was situated over the pub at the front of the building, the pub is right in the centre of the main square but can't say as we were overly bothered by noise.... Hi, Booked this hotel for a surprise night away with Mrs L in North Wales. My God was with me when it came to the weather. We had a lovely Saturday in the picturesque Snowdonia National Park and a pleasant stroll around the Castle in Caernarfon, incorporating the Royal Welch Museum. I booked the Golden Fleece via well known .com... More
