We stayed at Lastra Farm for my birthday weekend. Our welcome was warm, the room beautifully decorated, comfortable, impeccably clean and well equipped. We ate in the restaurant on both evenings and the food was delicious as was the breakfast on both mornings. We have no reservations about recommending Lastra Farm to our friends and family and we will be...

For the third year, as a mixed party of eight, we stayed at Lastra Farm while playing golf at Bull Bay. As usual the accommodation, food and service were perfect! The rooms are excellent and the two dining areas great. I have been visiting Lastra Farm for over ten years and have never been disappointed

This hotel is great in so many ways. The staff are warm and friendly. The gatehouse room was clean and warm and has recently been re modernised. The hero of the weekend for us though was the food. It was outstanding and beautifully sourced. We most definitely will return. Thank you to all the staff for such a lovely break,...

Starters- prawn cocktail and soup were fine- nothing special. Warm bread was nice. Main course- lamb a little tough but edible. Pork loin was tasty ,however, we had expected a little more meat than was offered.Slightly odd serving of veg- lady brought the potatoes, carrots and creamed leeks, served them but didn't leave the rest on the table. We felt...

What a wonderful place, my husband and I arrived with my 80 year old mum for a night during a site seeing trip. Very friendly greeting, lovely room for my mum and our room was great too and the dog was much more than just welcome 😄 We had our evening meal in the restaurant and the food was awesome,...

I have attended many weddings here and it is the perfect place for it. Large gardens to roam, conservatory area leading onto a bar, then a large function upscale function room with plenty of room for everyone. Food at weddings have always been fantastic. I also visited the restaurant on a separate occasion and the minted lamb kofta's are amazing!...

We had lunch here with my parents, there was a big social event on for the National Trust but we were still looked after extremely well, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel/restaurant is impeccable, the food was all fresh and very well presented and reasonably priced, would definitely book again when we're next on Anglesey 😊

The Lastra is an unusual place: it is plainly more than a simple B&B or a guesthouse, it is not an inn, but nor is it really a small hotel. What it is though is a first rate place to stay, either for one night or a bit longer, with comfortable rooms, a dining room that offers very good food,...

I've seen Lastra Farm when we have passed it, but we have never stayed there - until August bank holiday. The place is an oasis of calm, in the middle of rolling countryside, but only 5 minutes out of Amlwch. We received a lovely welcome, the room looked clean and cosy. The breakfast was tasty and substantial, very good. We...
