First the bad point the showers, all of the people in our party said the same that there was a lack of water pressure. Now all the good points. The rooms are clean and well serviced and ours was a good size. The bar is well stocked and not over priced. The food is very good, even though there was...

We stayed for a special occasion and was very disappointed. We reserved 3 months in advance and booked the restaurant on our first night for a birthday celebration. 3 days before we arrived we received a phone call to say they were now catering for a funeral so we couldn't eat in the restaurant. We were assured the restaurant menu...

Our room was nice (room 202), and overlooked the roofs at the rear. The seagull noise was horrendous and we did not get any sleep, at 4 am we went to reception and was not offered an alternative room and had no choice but to check out and had a long drive home.

Great service ! Set menu for Sunday lunch with a price for one two or three courses. Lots to choose from. The beef dinner was lovely as was my husbands lamb however it did come with a strange selection of veg. Baby sweet corn and courgettes in some sort of liquid.

Lovely hotel right on the sea front. A little tired in places but can forgive that because of the position of the hotel and the staff are excellent. Breakfast is a buffet so you can't say you didn't get enough would definitely stay again.

Having booked our stay over the telephone with a lovley lady called Dannielle we were anticipating a good standard hotel. However his disappointed we were. First impression on arrival was awful, the reception area was very untidy and appeared to be in disarray. The floor in the coffe shop was filthy with crumbs and food. Our room was outdated and...

Angela was fantastic. Although I didn't stay here, I just went for a haircut. Having said that, the staff were all very friendly, if I were to stay somewhere, it'll be here. Back to the barber shop. A hidden jem, a nice clean looking salon, with professional look. I may go back when I'm here next!

The hotel has a certain shabby chic Victorian charm to it and our stay was pleasant, friendly check-in and great big duplex room (119). It is a little old fashioned but this added to the feel of the hotel. Bed was very comfy and a fan was provided as it was warm. Breakfast was OK. Same for bar although would...

Went to the hotel for lunch, great service and wonderful food. Visited again for an evening meal, fabulous, would highly recommend the hotel for food and good service. Nigel and Phil are very helpful as was Luke, very polite and they looked after us very well. Coffee shop/café service not very good. One pleasant girl Hannah as for the others,...
