What a gem, we stayed in the self catering cottage, which sleeps 4 adults. The option of a ground floor bedroom for anyone with disability needs is great as the bathroom is also on this level. We opted to stay in the upper floor bedroom and watch the stars through the roof windows was wonderful. The location is spot on, peaceful countryside and only a few miles from the coast. The hosts were great and the welcome was wonderful. Nice touch to have a quite a few essential supplies waiting for you in the kitchen. The wood burning fire is a great touch and is cosy. The cottage has all the facilities you would need a proper “home from home”. We were sad to leave such wonderful surroundings, but it’s on our “must return to” list for a longer stay.

It's difficult to believe anyone has ever stayed here before because everything is pristine, as if it was finally finished the day before arrival. Extraordinary attention to detail with the finest finishes throughout the accommodation. Jacqui and Chris are amazing hosts, providing the most wonderful breakfast and ensuring that you have everything you need. Furnished like the most luxurious home from home, and in great style. You will rarely find a better bathroom, with a capacious shower that is matched by the efficiency of its power and wonderfully warm water. I've never found anything better even in the grandest hotel around the world. A choice of bed and breakfast, or the spacious and beautiful self-catering cottage in the grounds. Wood burning fires AND central heating ensure the warmest of welcomes at this most amazing of accommodations.

We stopped in the cottage next to the b&b. The hosts Chris & Jacqui were very welcoming, and lovely. They had pre filled the kitchen with more than enough essentials for the weekend. Nothing was too much trouble. The cottage is absolutely stunning, the log fire was already on when we arrived and added to the ambience. Each room has been immaculately decorated with taste and creature comforts, clean tidy and welcoming. We were very sad to leave. Will definitely be going for longer next time. Thank you both for a wonderful stay.

Stayed here for a couple of nights in September 2019. This is more than your average B&B. It has two rooms and guests have the use of a private lounge & dinning room to relax in the evening. It is decorated to a very high standard and the owners, Jackie and Chris, could not have been more welcoming. Its location is about 4 miles outside Lampeter in a very rural and beautiful spot. The coast is only a short distance away making this a perfect base for a short break.
