Could not be happier with our holiday at The Barn. Beautiful surroundings, well kept cottage with huge comfy bed and two bathrooms. Very welcoming owners who delighted our children with the chance to see the newborn lambs. Ample partaking and lovely swing bench in the sun trap of a courtyard. We would love to come back

I’m a little late with my review as I stayed here in October 2016, I wrote a review in the guestbook but felt I should put one on here too. Myself, my partner and 2 children stayed in the barn for 4 nights during October half term. The Barn is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The main bedroom is very nice with a very comfortable bed and the bathroom is amazing. The girls shared the twin room and the owners (who are very pleasant) had decorated it with children’s bedding, cushions, teddies and toys etc, the kids loved it! they had their own en suite bathroom which was very nice. You have to go through this room to get to the sauna which meant that unfortunately we couldn’t use it when the kids were in bed. The Kitchen is lovely and very well equipped and the views from the sitting room upstairs are amazing. On our arrival Wenda had provided us with some Halloween themed cupcakes which were a lovely touch. Bryan had also provided us with a fire pit so that we could toast marshmallows and very helpfully lit it for us when required. This area of Wales has some great places to visit and we visited the beached of Mwnt and penrhyn, Dolacothi Gold Mines, Folly Farm, Aberaeron, Cardigan Bay Coastal Park to name a few. This was the nicest small cottage we have stayed in and would definitely recommend it and would love to go back.

We had a long weekend stay in The Cottage. It is beautifully presented with many lovely touches. Kitchen and bathroom downstairs - very clean and luxurious. Underfloor heating. Upstairs lounge with picture window overlooking the lovely Welsh countryside. Beautiful bedroom. Hosts Bryan and Wenda could not have been more pleasant. There is also a two-bedroom Barn, which I am sure will be appointed to the same specification. Felt I'd been away for ages. Handy for Aberaeron, National Trust, National Botanic Gardens of Wales, beautiful beaches. Bliss!!

The Cottage is perfect for a couples break away from it all. Its stunningly decorated, spotless and has everything you need from a self catering college. The rain shower is amazing!! The Cottage is on the owners farm and is surrounded by stunning views. The only disappointment was that we had only booked two nights! Highly recommended and hoping to return.
