Very nice place, situated very well for our bird watching activities and after being out all day it was a short stroll into Mach. for a pub dinner. Bedroom 1 was a lovely large room well done out and very clean. Mike and Gill were great hosts and when we are up that way again that hopefully is where we...

Dyfiview is a very attractive, spacious and modern house located just 5 - 10 minutes walk from Machynlleth station and same distance from town, shops, galleries and museum. The bedrooms are spacious, and immaculate with views over the valley and towards Snowdonia. The hosts are friendly and a plentiful source of information yet are in no way intrusive. We look...

Have stayed here a few times now. Excellent B&B situated above the town of Machynlleth. A walk into the town takes only five minutes. Clean, cosy and quiet rooms. Lovely views from the dining room while eating a cooked breakfast. Mike collects the eggs from his chickens every morning. The homemade marmalades and jams are so tasty. Mike and Gill...

Had a very lovely stay here - Mike and Gill were friendly and helpful, the room was comfy, quiet, spacious and clean (there was even a hot water bottle in the bedside drawer!) and breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice and a beautiful view of the valley. Unfortunately I only stayed one night, but from now on this is...

Had a fabulous stay for 3 nights with my two girls and my Mum. Mike and Gill are so welcoming and the house smelled of fresh baked bread when we arrived. The family room upstairs on the galleried landing was spacious and the beds very comfy. The girls were on the futon which suited them being low down. The tea...

Newish build house set above the town but only 5 minutes walk away. Our room was very spacious with a great view. We particularly appreciated the super king sized bed. Owners very helpful and good breakfasts.

It was the second stay for myself and my son, in the en-suite family room. And the stay was as great as the first time we came. Comfortable beds, tea and coffee facilities in the room and the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The room has well stocked bookshelves, and we spent a good couple of hours reading after...

The location was perfect, a walk to the centre of town. The room was great, bathroom v clean and functional. The host and hostess were really nice and friendly. We even got to hear Mike singing in French! The breakfast was good. It was a nice relaxed stay. Did a 16 mile walk to Barmouth and back, along the old...

Stayed here with friends after finishing our walk along the Wales Coast Path. The hill up to the property was a bit of a challenge after walking all day but well worth the effort. Excellent accommodation, lovely large room with all the facilities one could wish for and a great view thrown in for free. Very nice breakfast. Gill and...
