My wife and I with my mum in law stayed a couple of nights in September. We had a warm welcome and the farmhouse and our rooms were charming. Rooms were very comfortable and cosy with everything you would need. Breakfast was just right to set us up for the day. Georgeous views of the Dovey, easy to find and...

Clever mixture of old Welsh farmhouse features allied to luxurious modern bathroom facilities. Wonderfully comfortable bed, and views over the river Dovey's flood plain. Breakfast was also excellent with local high quality produce. Bacon was 'dry-cured' and quite unlike the water injected bacon found in almost all supermarkets. Delicious.

We stayed for one night while travelling up through Wales. Our host Elinor welcomed us with afternoon tea in her beautiful dining room. Our room was nice, breakfast was delicious. The farm is next to the River Dovey which nice to walk along.

A picturesque and peaceful place to stay, with the most helpful B&B people I've ever come across. Free lifts, offers of help to me and other guests - they even apologised for not being able to give me a free lift on one particular morning! Mi wnei di fwynhau eich amser 'ma!

My wife and I have just spent a very comfortable and welcoming 3 night stay at Dolgelynen. We had decided to turn the long trip to North Wakes into a touring holiday and chose this B and B because of its central location. We really could not have made a better choice, Elinor, our hostess could not have done more...
