A beautiful farm house in a stunning setting and in an ancient spot with great history - this is far more than your average B & B. This was a last minute booking on a Bank Holiday weekend and Jess was incredibly flexible and accommodating in fitting us in. We had a super comfy bed in a large and immaculate...

We have just returned from a five night stay at this lovely old Manor House, on Hindwell Farm. The property is spacious and very comfortable, with views of the lake and surrounding countryside. Jess made us extremely welcome and comfortable, with nothing too much trouble. Fabulous home cooked and generous breakfast every morning, biscuits and tea/coffee in the rooms and...

We stayed here whilst walking a local section of Offa's Dyke. We were made very welcome and the room was well presented with a wonderful view over the lake. The guest's lounge is comfortable and we enjoyed a generous breakfast while looking out over the lake from a very pleasant dining room. Jess was very helpful in all aspects of...

Really enjoyable stay at a fantastically maintained farm house. Good quality condition beds, bedding and bathrooms and a very tasty breakfast. The owner Jess is lovely and does an excellent job at breakfast! Cooks an epic fry up! Very peaceful area with the occasional cow mooing!

Excellent short stay at Hindwell Farm B&B. Jess showed us a warm welcome; rooms were large, well equipped and comfortable; breakfasts were excellent. Only 30 minutes from Hay and excellent for peace and quiet after a hectic day.

We stayed here for five days to visit Hay Festival and a local wedding. E-mail correspondence before our visit was excellent and we received a warm welcome from Jess on arrival. Our room overlooked the lake and the outlook was truly idyllic. There was wine and cakes to greet us which we took down to the lakeside summer house for...

Wonderful location, wonderful rooms and fantastic breakfast. Nothing too much trouble even my ponies loved it here. Will definitely be our b&b of choice when we are competing in Builth. The summer house by the lake is well worth a visit and the breakfast really sets you up for the day. Heaven on earth 👍

Stunning! A fantastic mansion house overlooking a beautiful lake with swans gliding along elegantly over the blue waters, tucked away in the most gorgeous countryside near the border of England and Wales. Huge comfortable rooms (self catering is an option), a breakfast that keeps you going all day and makes you return for more every day. A very cosy summerhouse...

Stayed with a friend for three nights during the Royal Welsh, we even bought along our ponies and stabled them at Hindwell farm so that we could compete. This B&B is idyllic, the rooms are amazing with views over the lake, the summer house by the lake is just so relaxing. The cooked breakfast was to die for and certainly...
