I was absolutely disgusted with the service at mount rooms. Me and my partner checked in our room and noticed the blind was missing in the bathroom and someone looking down from another room could clearly see in so there was no privacy, I had to put a towel there to cover the window and there was no shower gel in the shower. I filled in a complaint form and was told a manger would ring me back within 48 hours and no one did I had to ring up myself to be told the manage wasn’t present. The manger then called me back to say she checked the room and there was no way anybody’s seen in she was very rude and she did not apologise. I would not recommend this hotel they are very unprofessional how they treat their guests. The breakfast was horrible me and my partner couldn’t eat it.

From the outside slightly in need of some paint, but I was a painter after all!!! Anyway what a lovely stay... The staff are brilliant and nothing is too much for them.. Very spacious room, but could you cut down the tree so we can get a full view of the bay... Ha ha. Breakfast every day which was superb... Coffee.. Full English or should that be Welsh!!! Toast, and do we want Danish pastries!!!! Had a couple of evening meals.. Brill All in all first class and see you soon.. Chris and val

Stayed here for one night with friends, staff really friendly and the room was adequate for what I paid. However, the hand basin was cracked and filled so not looking too hygienic, it’s not like these cost a fortune so I would have thought it would be replaced. There was also a bidet in the bathroom - very novel, but again this was cracked. The shower over the bath looked ok, until I turned it on, the hot water was so hot you could make a cup of tea with it and it was difficult to get the temperature right, but then as soon as you raised the shower head to head height it went cold. This really should have a thermostatic mixer valve otherwise someone will melt their feet like Princess Margaret did.
