The room is not worth it, it's ugly, the bed was dirty and stained, the staff is not so attentive and leaves the hotel alone and is not aware of the guests, the breakfast included is ugly, a waffle and coffee with a banana so Paid it is not worth it, I would not return there and apart from that the key system is complex and does not help at all. I'm upset, disappointed. We had had the opportunity to stay some time ago a year or two and I really liked it because of the distance to the beach, general cleanliness and so on. At that time, we were at the hostel next door and we saw from the window that it was a family-friendly place because of the pool and so on. Indeed, at that time it all seemed very cool to us, nice.
This time, God of my life, what a disappointment, how sad, what an ugly vacation, nothing of what I expected and what is seen in the photos at all! In truth, if you take this comment for something, I hope it is to improve. Really, serious stuff. It's as if they were fooling us with the photos because wow it doesn't look even the slightest.
The place looks very old now, worn and dirty, broken outside furniture. The cleaning person only makes breakfast, always the same thing, and that's it, he does the bare minimum. He works very reluctantly, he doesn't clean well, outside he always comes dirty, not like in the photos. And since you are the only person there, you must be the business's business card in all aspects. In the rooms he only sweeps them and that's it, my pillow and quilt always felt very dirty. I never slept comfortably. He does the least at his job. And it must be the other way around if he is the only person in charge, as it seemed.
Seriously, people in charge, do something, the first time it was very cool and now... Oh God. I feel that if they are a service for foreigners, they should also offer it 10, everything was terrible.
Attention to the people in charge with the person who cleans them, the lady alarmed me a lot and made me sick because one of the times I caught her wringing the mop in the dishwasher!!! With that I say everything. Spot. Make your decisions

I really cannot understand where all good reviews came from... Stayed in this hotel 2 days ago for 1 night - very disapointing! The rooms on pictures look much better then they are in reality. In reality the rooms are dirty, tasteless furnished with old and ugly furniture - there are worms in the wood of the furniture, dust and dirt everywhere, even in the beds. Please look at the pictures I attached. I booked a room with a private bathroom, but this private bathroom was not in the room - it was outside, had to pass the public pool to get there! And the restroom itself was so ugly and dirty (pictures!) Nothing worked there: no hot water in the shower, Toilet did not work, Sink has no water and was even not connected to water. I had to compain to the manager Fernando. To the dirt in the room Fernando said: "Room service will come tomorrow..." Was not relevant for us as we were going to leave next day. We got an other bathroom (still outside and no hot water there), but with working toilet. Cannot understand how manager of the hotel can offer this kind of facilities to the people... And all the reviews are definitely not independend.

We paid $248.60 for 2 night and I have never felt ripped off in my life until today. Misleading description: -Check in stated 3pm and our room was not ready until 7pm - The bed sheets and pillow case were humid. -We ask the night attendant for a blanket and pillow and it took him 2 hours to get a blanket. And he said he didn’t have anymore pillows. So my husband had to roll his Jeans to create a pillow for the night. -Towels and bedding are stain and ripped -No hot water the first night - No WiFi the days we stayed -Breakfast egg portion was laughable - On the first night we requested to check out early but the host declined to give us what we paid for the second night. Therefore, we were force to stay the second night and make the best out of the stay.

We made a last minute reservation to Casa Pancho Playa since all the other hotels in Sauylita and San Pancho were fully booked. We stayed a whole week in this horrible, dirty and noisy hotel. During that time my precious wedding ring got stolen from our room. We offered the staff a good reward for it, but they never "found" it. Three persons had a key to our room, that didn´t include a safetybox at all!!! The hotel promised us free nights for the incident, which, of course, we never got. Shame on you if you fool me once. Shame on me, if you fool me twice. Please don´t support a hotel that has a staff that lies and steals.
