We had a great stay. Staff were amazing and really friendly. Love the hotel concept - an eco hotel. Bed was comfortable and room was clean and tidy. One of the staff even took us by the hotel buggy into town when we couldn’t get hold of a taxi. A great experience

Great new concept. Very friendly staff. Nice location. Fast WiFi. Comfortable beds. Great bathroom / shower products. Looking forward to a return visit soon. Highly recommend to anyone visiting San Pancho. Thank you for your hospitality.

Tuvimos una gran experiencia en un viaje de descanso entre amigas. Me sorprendió mucho el estilo del hotel ya que te hace sentir parte de San Pancho. Amanecer con las sombras de los arboles y con el aire fresco desde tu cama, en todo momento te sientes en un espacio privado pero a la vez abierto. El staff super amable, Tania la host nos contacto antes del viaje y nos apoyaron con la transportación del aeropuerto al igual que nos recomendaron lugares muy ricos para comer y visitar playas mas locales y un hike a ver un Buda. Es un hotel pequeño pero acogedor y la alberca tiene el agua calientita como para relajarse en la tarde/noche. La playa esta a unas cuantas cuadras, recomiendo llevar tenis o zapatos cómodos para caminar.

Cool eco-driven hotel in up-and-coming San Pancho, but there are literally no walls, so be prepared to hear everything and everyone all night long. People talking on the street sound like they are in your room. The roosters starting up at 530am and barking dogs might as well be in your bed, the sound is right there. They provide ear plugs so that helps, but walls are nice too for sound. Comfortable bed and kind of a fun experience, but just know what you are getting into. Also the room is very, very small.

It was like sleeping outdoors in NYC next to a kennel, construction project and highway. There was loud conversation coming from next door all night. Construction went on until 10 pm and picked up again around 4. And the dogs barked throughout the night. They were like birds, when one started all the others, and I was unable to count them, would bark in. When we got up, there was no water. Luckily the staff had made coffee, which was excellent, before the service interruption. We were told this was a frequent occurrence. The front desk person was very nice and helpful.
The “room” is more like a hallway with a bed in the wall. Getting in and out was not comfortable and when one got out in the middle of the night, one could not achieve that without disturbing one’s partner. It was 16 steps from the curtain entrance to the bathroom. It was about 3 feet wide. It was more like a narrow parapet than a “room.”
