Would definitely stay here again! My husband and I went with our two kids. We stayed in Laùd room which was a loft space with a king upstairs and two twin beds downstairs + bathroom and kitchenette.

Pros:
Steps away from the beach and main street with restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and shopping.
Lovely customer service - kind staff and super responsive. The housekeeping was especially sweet. I told them I’ll miss them! So much hospitality.
A small and pretty pool. Safe for kids and large enough for adults.

Cons:
You’ll hear music from the main street at night.
Floors & inner staircase are super creaky. Not good if you have light sleepers in your party but our kids seemed to sleep through it.
There were some small cleanliness things (like stuff on the walls) but honestly I felt totally safe and clean there. And they clean the room every day. I’m just mentioning it for anyone who expects pristine rooms.

Overall great stay and would stay again & recommend to others!

This boutique hotel offers 7 rooms with a kitchenette, air conditioning, ceiling fans and outdoor seating facing their small but adequate pool. The managers Barbara and Arturo were the best and always made sure to check in to make sure all our needs were met. A half block from the center of town, the hotel was a few blocks to the beach and walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. Every evening was incredible with warm breezes and sunsets.

Despite being close to the main street, and close to the beach, this lovely, small hotel was peaceful and quiet, even on a national holiday.
Rooms are generously sized and clean, offering basic appointments. A single induction hotplate, mini fridge and small sink were the only kitchen amenities offered. WiFi was decent, and the the swimming pool was always uncrowded and clean.
We would definitely book here again.

Close the action, but far enough off the main street to be quiet and private. Great, warm pool. Nice rooms with little balconies. Kitchen is very tiny, so you can't really cook there, and no microwave so no re-heating either, unless you manage on the single-burner stove. Pans and (very limited) dishes provided. Friendly, helpful staff and a clean comfortable room.

The location of this little hotel is great…kitty corner to the main street. Close to restaurants and the beach. Not too loud, except for dogs and roosters. Staff is helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean. Wifi works great. Our room seemed quite small. No chairs in room, or bureau for clothes. Not really a kitchenette, just a bar with one burner stove, fridge and sink. I didn’t see a microwave or blow dryer (as advertised). But good enough for our bowl of cereal or soup and keeping drinks cold. Pool is nice but always in the shade except for maybe 15 minutes around 4pm. Balconies are nice, but no privacy between rooms. We didn’t go on our balcony if anyone else was there…kinda awkward. We also had smokers on each side of us. Bed was comfy but very squeaky. Overall, a nice place, but I probably wouldn’t be back because of the shady pool. The ocean was too rough for swimming, so hanging out at a sunny pool would have been nice.

It is the third time I visit them and whenever I go to San Pancho I look to stay at this hotel, it is small and very quiet which is what I look for when visiting this place, besides the pool is very comfortable.
I highly recommend it!!!

I just spent a week in this hotel. I loved the location, 1/2 block away from the main st, 2 blocks away from the gorgeous main beach, near my favorite restaurant on the corner. La Lonchería. I also loved the attention to detail & friendly staff. Angel was super helpful in answering my questions even before I arrived via WhatsApp. We stayed in a loft unit. The lofts have steep spiral stairs so be careful if you get up to use the downstairs restroom at night. Bed was super comfy w large soft pillows. Nice towels, sheets. And all for a very affordable 466usd for the week. There was a discount for staying a full week. The couch downstairs doubles as a twin bed. . Kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge, dishes, coffee, salt & pepper. Ángel helped us get in room covid testing with a visiting service. They came right on time. 75usd. I was there during a slow season. Nice pool. All rooms face the pool. Two minor things in case you’re picky about them: at times, the bathroom smelled like sulfur at times. . One night I could hear some neighbors talking & listening to music until early in the am. Also, they allow smoking outdoors. Luckily, no one was smoking while I was staying there. Angel was asking daily if we needed our room cleaned or needed anything via WhatsApp. The grounds are kept beautifully. Clean, new, small hotel with maybe 9 rooms from what I could see. Loft rooms are spacious & I loved the palapa window. Fans, a/c worked nicely during the hot sticky summer. Outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. Other guests were friendly. Mostly Spanish speaking guests. So glad I chose to stay here over Sayulita! Super relaxing.
