Solé Miami, A Noble House Resort is celebrated for its prime location by the beach and the convenience it offers to nearby restaurants and attractions, such as the Miami Grand Prix. While the staff receives accolades for their attentiveness, some guests have expressed concerns over slow elevators and service delays. Room experiences vary, with some finding them clean and comfortable and others noting maintenance and amenity inconsistencies. Although the hotel's cleanliness is often complimented, the atmosphere is sometimes described as unwelcoming, and additional fees for parking and resort services have led to mixed feelings about the overall value.

Overall, this was a very nice hotel to spend 9 nights in. Very good location, directly opposite a shopping area with restaurants and cafes located there and nearby. The hotel's location could not have been better for what I was looking for: Generally a very quiet area, especially after 10 or 11pm. Literally walk out of the door, collect towels and be provided with a sun lounger plus parasol as required and you are straight on to the beach. The staff are so helpful and friendly; one of the best I have been to, It felt like 5 star service in a 4 star hotel. My room was very comfortable with wonderful side views of both the ocean and the city: It was always spotlessly clean. Why then have I only rated this with 4 out of 5 stars? There were a few things that let the place down a little. The cost of the resort fee at $40 plus tax per day is a little steep for some. The food (although of a high standard) I found expensive for what it was plus a service charge of 18% was too steep for me. The other thing (which I have read other quibbles about) was the lack of balcony furniture. This was a shame as my balcony was a fantastic size and would have been really pleasant to have sat out on, having a drink etc. Having said that, I do not want to knock the hotel too much as I found the staff very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help you when needed. Overall, it was a wonderful holiday and I would seriously consider staying there again.

I recently enjoyed a delightful two-night stay at Solé Miami, A Noble House Resort, and my overall experience left a lasting impression. Here's a detailed review highlighting the positives and offering constructive feedback for improvement.

Positives:
Great Location: Solé Miami's location on the beach is undeniably one of its strongest assets. Nestled in an ideal spot that balances tranquility and accessibility, the resort provides a perfect retreat.
Awesome Views: The breathtaking views from the resort added a touch of magic to my stay. Waking up to the sight of the ocean or enjoying a sunset from the room made every moment truly special.
Professional Staff: The staff at Solé Miami, particularly Andrei at the front desk, were exceptionally professional and courteous. Andrei's attention to detail and friendly demeanor contributed significantly to the positive atmosphere of the resort.
Areas for Improvement:
Pool Restrooms: While the pool area itself was enjoyable, I noticed that the restroom facilities could use some improvements. Enhancing the cleanliness and maintenance of these facilities would further elevate the overall experience.
Pool Temperature: One minor suggestion for improvement would be to consider increasing the temperature of the pool. A slightly warmer pool would enhance the comfort, especially during cooler evenings or for guests who prefer a warmer swimming experience.
Overall Impression: Solé Miami, A Noble House Resort, offers a remarkable stay with its great location, stunning views, and professional staff. The positives far outweigh the minor areas for improvement, and I believe that addressing these suggestions will contribute to an even more exceptional guest experience. I look forward to the opportunity to revisit Solé Miami and witness the continued excellence of this beautiful resort.

The beach is very well maintained and The Beach Boys were all very respectful and attentive. Especially Lucas, he went above and beyond for us. When there was no chairs for guests after 11 am, he was extremely attentive and helped everyone get seated.

Only complaint is there’s horribly rude guests who blare bad music. This shouldn’t be allowed on a $400 a night hotel beach but that’s not anyone’s fault.

Jaimie Rhoades:
Before arriving at this hotel we had high exceptions and were excited due to the reviews and with it being Miami. However, this was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The look of the hotel is beautiful and the views are unreal. Sad to say the service we received was not so good. on arrival we did not feel the warm welcome we expected. The reception had given us our keys and basically just listed off everything we had to pay at the end (Heads up resort fee is $40 + tax which is around $45 per night ontop of a $100 per night holding security fee). We were not told basic things like we needed to use the key cards everywhere we went including the lifts.

One day we decided were going to have some yoghurt in our room so went to ask for cutlery but were denied it by each member of staff after being sent around the hotel to ask multiple workers to get a rude response of " but you have no kitchen in your room" making us feel we were doing something wrong.

Another day we asked for a chair to sit on for the balcony as it didn't have one and again were told "no".and that the other balconies have one because they are privately owned but they were all the same chairs.

When arriving and leaving the hotel during the day or night we were never welcomed by reception only by man outside the hotel.

When by the pool we asked for an iced coffee which we were again denied and told they did not do them even though my friend had one the day before.

I asked reception if there was anyone to help with with public transport and the busses or if they had any leaflets and again was told no and just where the bus stop were, but in an unbothered way.

On check out we were never asked how our stay was or thank you for staying. we were just billed more than we were told and not even told when check out was complete the receptionist just carried on typing and didn't even acknowledge us after we had just paid all that money (not even thank you) No goodbye when leaving the hotel. I had also mentioned to this receptionist that I think I had lost my ring and if she could please ask the cleaners to double check when cleaning our rooms incase it fell down the side of something, she never asked what is looked like just looked unbothered then when I went to ask a few hours later she had never told anyone about it.

The service in this hotel was the worst I have ever experienced and I think this hotel is very overpriced, not good for tourists and very rude staff.

However, some staff at the beach/pool/cleaning and new training receptionist were the only people who were pleasant and did a good job so thank you to them.

This hotel is a sad excuse for a luxury hotel. It’s a condo hotel without any amenities or even basics. Full kitchen without any kitchen gear. Condo with nowhere to eat in the unit. 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with no washer dryer access. To be clear - there ARE washer dryers in the unit but they are kept under lock and key and inaccessible. ?????? Not sure what to make of that. Balconies have no furniture?????? I called and asked if we could have some balcony furniture and they said that unit was owned by someone who opted not to pay for the furniture (????). But I have to pay the same rate for the room??

You can receive 2 packages before they make you pay per package that comes in.

We arrived right before Christmas and they were doing some kind of construction. They informed us that there is no way to access the pool or the beach, other than to leave the hotel on foot down to the street level and then find the beach access that is open to the public and follow that path. Not sure why I still had to pay full price for this hotel??

We booked this room in July for December and ended up with a bad suite on a low floor looking at the gross building next door. Even the 2/2 suites do not have wrap around balconies and they have no views (unlike other places on the sunny isles strip).

The front staff was rude. The manager was ok but the others were rude Af. The one lady rudely tried to explain to me why she couldn’t move us to a different room because “if someone books before we move you they have priority” but we booked in July …… the math ain’t mathing.
We booked for 9 nights and I wanted to leave on night 1.

We stayed in room 602B from 6 May to 17 May 2024. The main light switch in the room isn't connected to any light. I reported it to reception within minutes of entering the room. An engineer was sent to the room and was informed that has not worked for a long time. It does not have a Celling or roof lamp to connect to. What has been done which is very dangerous is they have screwed a hook into the celling near the balcony which is the other side of the room and hung a lamp from twisted wire and plugged it in behind the fridge which was made up from two very old fridges. When entering the room in the dark we had to find our way to the balcony to switch on the makeshift and which it seems is the permanent main light switch. The staff in the dining area are very poor except for one lady who served us the coffee at breakfast on the 15 May. We had breakfast on two mornings and we had one evening meal in the restaurant and had drinks on two other nights. All but one that I mentioned earlier are useless and rude including the managers in charge on each occasion. A particular mention to the bar manager at night with the glasses who is in charge of the drinks. They only serve bottled beer but he doesn't supply the bottle with glass and I know that I ordered each time Stella Artois and that was not in the glass, it was some other which I think was Nobel Wolf. Another issue on the 16 May at breakfast I saw a waitress with blond hair pick up two place mats that were on the floor for at least 30 minutes and place them on a table without even a thought of cleaning the or replacing with other clean ones. They all except one need training. I think they would be well served to learn how to treat the customers. I think they don't know any better and that is why they are the way they are. they should all bar one be brought to each and every one of the restaurants where they can see how to treat customers. As any one in business knows you are only as good as your last customer.

Great location on the beach with good amenities. Loved the vibe. Beach and door staff were great! Comfortable bed. Nice shower.

I wish the kitchen was open more hours and offered more gluten free options, or just more options overall. The rooms could use a deep cleaning, for example we had chunks of dust collecting and stringing from our lamps. The staff did not seem to all be on the same page. Drinks and food were different prices depending on who rang you up, and when I talked to an employee in the hallway about my issues with noisy neighbors, they respond with "oh, ok" with no action or follow up. Towels sometimes took hours for delivery. Meetings at the bar during business hours is not a good experience for the customer either.

Overall a good experience, the staff just needs a little help with cohesiveness :)

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us! We're so glad to hear that you enjoyed our prime beachfront location, the vibe of the property, and the comfort of your room. It’s also wonderful to know that our beach and door staff made a positive impression. We do, however, apologize for the areas where we fell short during your stay. We understand how important it is to have a variety of dining options, and we will take your suggestions for extended kitchen hours and more gluten-free choices into consideration. Your feedback about cleanliness is also valuable, and we’ll be addressing the dusting and deep cleaning needs in our rooms to ensure a more polished experience for all guests. We regret the inconsistencies you experienced with pricing and service, as well as the lack of follow-up when addressing your concerns with noisy neighbors. We will make sure to improve communication and ensure that our team is on the same page when it comes to guest satisfaction. Additionally, we’ll review the efficiency of our towel delivery service to ensure timely responses for future guests. We truly appreciate your feedback and are grateful for your understanding. With your suggestions in mind, we’re committed to providing an even better experience moving forward. We hope to welcome you back soon and make your next stay even more enjoyable. Our experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. We booked a suite for Mother's Day weekend, excited for a family getaway. The suite, complete with a kitchen and spacious living room, seemed perfect for us. However, our excitement quickly turned sour. Upon arrival, we headed straight to the beach to enjoy the beautiful weather. We hoped to order food and drinks, but the staff seemed disinterested and failed to attend to us. We had to constantly search for them, and when we finally caught their attention, we were dismayed to discover that every charge included a service fee. It seemed as though the staff had little incentive to provide good service, knowing they would receive a tip regardless. Later, we moved to the pool area, where I simply requested a refill of my Diet Coke from the bartender. Instead of accommodating my request, he rudely suggested I go buy it myself across the street because he was closing. This lack of basic hospitality was disappointing, especially after a long day at the beach and pool. The evening took a turn for the worse when the manager, German, began harassing us about noise levels in our room. Despite our efforts to comply by turning off the TV and calming the kids, German continued to bother us. Eventually, we were forced to change rooms in the middle of the night, completely ruining our getaway. German's defensive and unprofessional handling of the situation only exacerbated our frustration. The only silver lining was manager Juan Carlos, who showed kindness and understanding during our checkout. Overall, this experience fell far short of our expectations and left us deeply disappointed.

Stayed here for Spring Break with my sons for a week. The hotel is nice centrally located and convenient. Staff is friendly and helpful. We only had lunch one day on the beach and it was good. I think that $45/day for resort fee is excessive, and you are limited to 2 beach chairs per room. I was also surprised that they charge an occupancy tax for parking. Never heard of this anywhere else. Our room had a balcony but no furniture to be able to sit and enjoy the balcony. We had to use the chair from the desk. This was odd. We had an issue with one of the lights in the bathroom and maintenance came immediately to fix it. They also replaced a burnt-out light bulb in the shower. Pool and pool area are small but sufficient.

The hotel it’s in a good location, but too expensive for what you get. Rooms are very small. There were 4 of us on our booking, but it’s like they had a hard time acknowledging it. When the room was assigned to us the pull out sofa still hadn’t been taken out. We had to call to remind them we had two kids who were supposed to sleep on that. They arranged it and when we got back to the room, there was only one pillow: again, 2 kids! Call them again… The kitchen had the bare minimum: 2 pots, no pans, a few plates, no bowls and also not much cutlery. The first few days we had to take turns with the spoons at breakfast since we only had two. After asking 2/3 times we got a couple more. Half week, housekeeping decided to take away the sheets and the douvet on the kids sofa. Call them again, they brought us the douvet but no sheets, we gave up and stayed with just the douvet. The mattress on the sofa was hardly a mattress, luckily the 2 kids were sleeping there, 2 adults would have had severe back pain sleeeping with the springs in you back. The don’t have a service elevator, so you have to share the 3 they have with house keeping making the wait times long. Housekeeping had weird hours, sometimes they would clean the room in the morning, sometimes late afternoon. The swimming pool is very small, but we very much appreciated the service on the beach with the towels and 2 beds assigned per room. All in all we felt it was really too expensive for what you got. Not very much impressed.
