Stayed here for overseas quarantine. Room large enough but nowhere to sit besides on the bed. I don't know if the food on offer was for quarantine only or their normal fare but it was pretty bad. When in quarantine, food becomes pretty important and unfortunately the Pullman failed big time. There was no choice at all and what was served was very average. Fried eggs with a thick yolk skin, greasy chicken, some sort of mixed cuisine "curry". Not needing 3 hot meals a day while sitting in a hotel room, I asked for sandwiches for my lunches but even that was too hard. Thankfully you can order in using Uber Eats etc. Other quarantine hotels offer much better food and a choice of it.
Pre covid this was my hotel of choice. Wonderful staff, great rooms that block out the airport noise and within walking distance of the airport and Mascot station where you can get to the city on the train without the surcharge. Bruno looks after the restaurant wonderfully.
This is a quarantine hotel for crew. The staff, They are beyond amazing. They are friendly, Accommodating, punctual, Kind and amazing. And I want to thank each and everyone. Keep you the amazing work. One of the best hotels I have been to. The good- FANTASTIC. Thank you for personally looking into my dietary needs. Loved everything. Cannot wait to come back.
A modern Hotel near Sydney airport but could be improved quite a bit and I dont beleive it lives up to its rating. The foyer and bar area are modern and spacious and the rooms are a resonable size but could be a lot better. Pros: Good size rooms Comfortable beds Rooms well appointed Cons: Shower pressure was poor Very poor selection of cable channels Overpriced for what you get It was ok for s short stay but I have found better value hotels in the immediate vicinity for cheaper.
I arrived to this hotel as part of airline crew, as we been escorted by police following local government rules and we been checked in by police officers too, check in process was very slow and it took almost 1h (which I understand), however I asked one of the police officers that he was in charge of escorting us to the rooms if I can use the lobby toilet while I’m waiting as check in process was slow. He said that he have to ask the receptionist, and the girl there told him that I have to wait to reach the room. Police officer was polite and understandable and he offered me to skip the que and get the key to reach my room faster which I’ve denied. I was shocked that I was not allowed to use the toilet even if I’ve seen other people using without asking any permission as it was lobby toilet. I understand pandemic situation , And I will always follow and respect local government rules ,but I still think we should not be banned from having basic human rights. Even if you have a dog and he scratching the doors in the middle of the night, you gonna open it for him and let him do what he has to do . I felt discriminated disrespected and humiliated as a human being first time in my life as there is no excuse that you should ban anyone of using the toilet, if he is already a guest of the hotel, no matter the circumstances. I’ve stayed in Pullman hotels in many countries and always had immaculate experience but now it disappointed me forever. It’s pandemic time and we should all fight together against it following needed measures, but we should not forget to be humans, as one day it will be over and we will have to look at each other eyes without masks again.…
