We only stayed for one night unfortnunately. This is a great hotel. It’s very comfortable, the staff are lovely, it’s clean and the food was very good. All round great hotel. I plan on returning soon.

The room was perfect, and comfortable. The shower is a little small, but not really an issue.
The staff are super lovely, and make sure you are always looked after. From front of house, the to cafe. Everyone was lovely.

Stayed for one night. Stubborn air conditioner took a little while to get going but once I worked it out it was ok. Room is a touch tired, but fine for what I paid for it.

Bed was comfortable and bearing in mind the hotel is on a main road, there was no noise whatsoever. Parkin

The rooms are quite ‘tired’ and it seemed overpriced. The balcony furniture consisted of 2 plastic chairs that were really past their use by date. The staff were very nice and the shuttle service to St Leonard’s station was convenient. I don’t think the price reflects the stand

Horrifically overpriced dump $450/night!
We were caught out due to an unexpected illness in the family and had little choice.
The beds are soft and unsupportive. Ours was stained.
The bathroom is a dirty plastic shell with mould.
The view is of the highway.
There is an overpriced

Hi there, Is there free on sites parking on premises, or is there any free Street parking outside the hotel?
Hi, I agree with James D and Stormypet's respond. Thank you. Yes it depends on the booking type. Some special rates includes Free parking. The best way to get a good deal is book directly from the hotelurban website. (Parking is $10 per day)

Camilla, I would not accept managements response to your review. The manager, Kumar, has indicated you were the only person to access your room during a six night stay. He must be joking.. Kumar, and you implying that the rooms do not get serviced daily by the housekeeping team? If so, this is a huge lapse in service. I don't usually post on here but after reading Camilla's review and your refusal to accept any responsibility I felt it was required. I work in hospitality. Our cleaners tend to all guest rooms each day unless specifically requested not to. So for you to say that she was the only person to enter the room during a six night stay (two of which they were away for) is simply outrageous.
Billy L- I cannot see any relevance from your statement to my stay at Urban. I was most impressed with everything they did. Our room was immaculately presented and impeccably clean. We are back in Sydney to stay on December 11 -but I am a pensioner and cannot afford to stay there at the moment and have reluctantly had to book cheaper accommodation much further away from our re-union. Given a choice of accommodation we would stay at the Urban on every occasion.

Can you please advise if you can do triple occupancy rooms? 3 adults. Thanks, Jacqui
Hi Jacqui, Our twin rooms are the only one that do not offer triple occupancy. All our other rooms have the option of an additional rollaway bed. Regards, Hotel Urban St Leonards

Does the urban balcony quiet water view room have microwave or any cooking facilities
We did not have those facilities in our room. Best you ask the hotel if other room types have it.
