Great cozy place. I've not stayed in an Inn before. It's really a big house and you stay in a bedroom; not a hotel. The tv's are downstairs ; not in the bedrooms. It's very cozy and very nice. Maybe not a place to take your rowdy kids even though they were VERY NICE to my two sons during our...

We had not planned on going to Monteagle but were told good things about the place and the Monteagle Inn. Absolutely wonderful accommodations, privacy, friendly and helpful staff like Mark, the innkeeper, and a fabulous breakfast. We have sworn to return. A great bed and breakfast. Lee and Penny Baker

Stayed here last Monday night. Had a great time. Would highly recommend this inn. Was greeted by friendly staff that were efficient and caring. There is a 24 hour drink station that provides warm and cold beverages 24 hours a day including homemade cookies and lemonade. There were chocolates on the pillow. The chef really catered to the guests at...

I took our daughter her for her birthday, and we absolutely loved everything about Monteagle Inn. Our room was extra-spacious, and the beds so comfy - we loved the super-soft sheets. The breakfast was amazingly good. While there were a lot of breakfast options to choose from, our favorites were the eggs which were light, fluffy and piping-hot, applewood smoked...

Over the years I have partnered with several other (similar) Bed & Breakfast type facilities. Monteagle Inn is the only one we have returned to for a...

Monteagle Inn was a wonderful experience. The Inn offered comfort, CLEANLINESS!!!(way beyond clean~to pristine) and hospitality beyond expectations. The setting was beautiful, from walking in the gardens to the wonderful front porch that we enjoyed using. We relaxed ~ Okay ~ actually napped~in the hammocks (3) under a nice shade tree on the property. The breakfast was the best meal...

We were going to be arriving late-perhaps after 11 PM-Jim arranged for a key to be available for me-we showed up for a cozy room at a beautiful inn. Breakfast in the morning was served earlier than usual to accomodate our pressured schedule. major regret that we could not stay longer and truly enjoy the ambience.
