Older property. All on one level, so no stairs, and parking assigned in front of your room. Bare, basic accommodation. Wifi is NOT good. Man working front desk is not customer friendly, but the woman is very helpful and nice. They had a pool and spa, but did not use as neither looked clean. Not good soundproofing between rooms. Way...

Spent a night at Lightkeepers Inn last week. Accommodation was fine. The bathroom was a bit tired. Thought $195 was over priced given that we stayed in a motel in Warrnambool with a spa for $150 per night

Stayed 1 night in family room. I feel it was very over priced and under maintained. Cob webs and dust in rooms. We've been staying in various types of accommodations up and down the great ocean road. Everywhere else we stayed was of a far better standard and more reasonable priced.

went there on a last minute necessity.relief managers were wonderful and full of apologies for bad power points and damp smells.they tried their best to make up for the obvious neglect of the owners.i feel that the problems would come from the lack of cleaning staff as the managers seemed to do all the work.

Very average, basic and outdated for the price (over $200 a night). This was the most expensive yet most uninviting of all the hotels on our Great Ocean Road trip. The wifi is useless and the pool is dirty. Luckily we only had one night! Will not be returning.

The location is lovely, the motel a complete dump. We stayed in room number 1 and it cost AU$225. As we entered the room the smell of damp was overbearing.. It was late so we had no choice but to stay - much to our regret as the fungal activity occurring from the severe rising damp caused me and my...

We stayed one night here on our drive down the Great Ocean Road. We called ahead on the day and they matched the online price which was great. Lovely owner with a real sense of hospitality. Room was comfortable and functional. Enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable room but needs a little maintenance. Staff were helpful. wifi signal too weak to connect in rooms. Good location near light house and right across from pub. Greek restaurant is right next door.

After travelling the Great Ocean Road, stopping at the 12 Apostles and surrounding areas it was awesome to lay our weary bodies in a nice cosy room. Bed was big and comfy and inviting, great pillows, nice sheets. Bathroom nice, modern and clean. Had to drive to the nearest place to eat as in fish and chips. Then the next...
