Aireys Inlet is one of our favourite places and we were so pleased to discover Cimarron where we enjoyed an incredibly relaxing 4 night break between Xmas and New Year. It's a short walk (just over 2 km) to the 'top shops' which meant we were away from the hustle and bustle but still within striking distance of the growing...

We stayed here for 2 nights for a family wedding in nearby Fairhaven so the location was perfect for us. We arrived late at night and were welcomed by Wade who showed us to our room, the Cloister room, which was the smaller of the two rooms but easily large enough for our needs. Our hosts were friendly and helpful...

We had the best time at Cimarron, Paul and Wade are two of the loveliest people I have ever met! Their home / B&B is filled with beautiful objects, art, furniture, and the most amazing collection of curated second-hand books for sale. We will definitely be coming back, perfect for couples or even a solo getaway. Thank you for an...

What a wonderful place. Along quite a bit of the early miles of the Great Ocean Road (coming from Melbourne), there is quite a bit of second home sprawl along the coast; and there are also quite a few rather dull motels. Cimarron is something completely different - set in the bush on the outskirts of Aireys Inlet (surrounded by...

We generally agree with the previous comments under "Quiet Bush Retreat". We found our hosts Wade and Paul both congenial and helpful. We stayed in the spacious Eagle Room which has ocean views from the bed. The pleasant bathroom is right next door and has everything you need, including a view of the national park at the rear. The big...

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cimarron! I only live about 40mins away so could afford to be picky but why would I ever go anywhere else? I travelled alone on this occasion as I was on a self styled writing retreat and Cimarron was just perfect. Aireys Inlet is a lovely little town and Cimarron is nestled in...

What a perfect oasis a short drive inland from the Great Ocean Road at Aireys Inlet! This stunning, hand crafted/built house with its abundance of beautiful timbers and brick is set on a rising 5 acres of lush, Australian gardens/bush with magnificent ocean views. My very spacious bedroom with ensuite, more like a bedsitter in size, was accessed by its...

Absolutely gorgeous! This was our first stop on our Great Ocean Road drive and it was perfect. A beautiful cosy cottage tucked away in the bush with a lovely view, wished we had stayed for longer! Wade, one of the owners, was delightful and put on a lovely breakfast in the fantastic living room/ library accompanied with a great conversation!...
