I booked on the morning of our stay, to arrive around 9.30 at night - not a problem. Key left for us and fresh milk in the fridge. As stated in previous reviews, a bit dated but very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had a queen bed, lovely crisp sheets and comfy pillows, couch & coffee table to relax when...

Spent 1 night here...room quite clean but very dated and a mishmash of eras...70's original features to the brand new toilet and tv. Bed was very hard...not a great nights sleep. Continental breakfast available.

We stayed here the Labor Day weekend in March 2016 for one night. The motel and our room was dated, with interior I'd find at my elderly neighbours house (not to my taste, but can be for some). However, the managers have done a fantastic job with maintaining the property considering it's size, the town and its proximity to other...

A good stop in Beaufort. Spent Friday and Saturday night. VERY noisy trucks all through the night even though it was well set back. They use brakes coming down the road and around the narrowing highway. Host friendly and efficient. Outdoor Bbq if needed. Close to town and walking in state forests.

A useful highway stopover. Clean, reception open late (we checked in with no booking at 9.30 pm on a Saturday), fresh milk supplied, great shower, decor "interesting", electric blankets. Cost $95. Confirm other reviewers' comments re lack of road noise

We stayed here over 10 years ago. As we were travelling from Adelaide to Melbourne we thought we would stay here again. So glad we did! Even though this motel is on the main highway it is set well back and road noise is minimal. Although the exterior looks a little tired the interior of our room was spotless. Along...

Its some years since we stayed here but our recent booking was a good surprise. The rooms were spotless and the linen and towels good. The room facilities were all working and updated to current kit since our last stay. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The grounds are currently being upgraded and you can see the owner cares. Great...

We left Adelaide a little later than planned and just couldn't face that last few kms into Ballarat where we'd usually stay so we decided to try Beaufort. And we were glad we did. It's a lovely little town. The Motel was back far enough from the road that the traffic noise didn't really annoy us. It was clean and...

The Beaufort is not the Ritz - but it is an honest country motel. Management is always helpful and approachable . The rooms are pretty standard with a reasonable degree of comfort with good TV and a usable refrigerator which you can actually put large bottles etc into. A/C quiet and efficient. This trip we had the last available room...
