This caravan park is well located for the Mornington Peninsula and also for trips into Melbourne. It is easy to access from either the west or east of the state, making use of the tollways. Reception staff were friendly at check-in and throughout our stay. This caravan park would appear to be divided into different sections - the permanents villas,...

We had a new ensuite next to our caravan. It was just like a hotel room bathroom with mini soaps, shampoos, etc. Peaceful location with birds, yet close to shops and Frankston waterfront. Staff were friendly and helpful. Well maintained park with many cabins for hire.

Wonderful place to stay, a well thought out park. It would be great for families the playground facilities are wonderful with bbq area next to the playground. I was upgraded to a 2 bedroom cabin, full fridge and stove, great cooking facilities. Clean and comfortable.

We stayed recently at this park. We thought it expensive for the location in the middle of winter. Drive through sites but quite muddy with no concrete slab. No senior discount but big 4 discount. Might be better in warmer weather as the ground could dry out.

The cabins were great, you have everything you need in there for cooking and cleaning! All you need is your food. The sheets/blankets are abit outdated and heavy not really comfortable. All linen is supplied which is also handy. Had trouble with reception when checking in... I booked something specific and was told not avaliable. Lack of communication from there...

I was really impressed, the cabin was very clean and comfortable and well presented. Cutlery and Crockery were in good condition, good tea and coffee facilities. The linen and towels were fresh and clean. We were greeted warmly and check in was quick. We were given a fresh full litre of Milk and a full packet of timtams, just wonderful,...

Excellent service, very friendly, clean, quite and we felt very safe! Would most defiantly stay here again. There was heaps to do for the kids, the bbq area was relaxing and the pool was cold! That didn't stop our kids from swimming! Thanks for having us 😊

We stayed 3 days and 2 nights there (Saturday-Monday) for an event at Frankston Beach. The park managers were very, very lovely and very friendly, but the park itself was run down, tired looking, old and weathered. We had our very comfy caravan and had a powered site. Our powered site was big but it certainly needed a lot of...

Stayed for one night before we travelled to Lakes Entrance, easy 50 min drive from the city, good location. The 2 bedroom cabin was roomy, clean and very comfortable & would have stayed longer if we had the time. The staff very friendly & helpful. The grounds well kept, good playground facilities + pool for the families. A definite gem...
