Great little Guesthouse, off main roads- so offers a bit of peace and quiet. Offers a outdoor swimming pool also a tennis court. Pool table, also access to washing and drying machines. Wouldn't hesitate to come back again

Booked on booking.com but could not leave comment there as cancelled without staying. Customer service very poor. No one there to welcome us. 20 mins before we found someone. No one answered phone. Eventually got inside ... Unusual smell, didn't look clean, scruffy, cold and no ensuite. We are too old to rough it any more. Staff not welcoming at...

I made a room reservation from Frankston B&B one month before my trip to Melbourne. Yet, on the day we supposed to check in, I called to ask about the key, only to be informed by the manager that they don't have a room for me so they registered me under a motel which is about 4 km away from...

I must say I was a bit taken back by the front entrance - kinda run down old brick house and I thought it was in the wrong place. More of a share house than a "bed and breakfast" though, with some long term residents and some short term. Anyway the common areas are as pictured on the website and...

THIS IS NOT A HOTEL, It is not even a Motel This is at most a backpackers. I stayed here on Saturday night 30/05/2015 When I arrived I thought I had the wrong address as there is NO signage just a house number. This is basically an un-renovated 5 bedroom family house built in the 70's. Upon entering I was hit...

Pool cannot use. Not clean or too cold water. It not a visual B & B but on hidden road. Need to ring to...

where do we start - initial street view - tired and unkept which is reflected in the whole facility - the bathroom we were allocated - an alley cat would not even shower in it therefore meant not having showered for two days ...the carpet was FILTHY - the bedroom linen was dusty - there was a beehive outside a...

What a joke. Needed somewhere to stay overnight on my own so found the cheapest piece of crap place , and even then he canceled on me via text message at 1am the day before. If you're actually looking to have a room, look elsewhere.
