Lady on front desk very helpful. Room ang it's amenities were clean and bed comfortable. Although it was situated on the old highway we never heard any traffic noise. A 2 minute drive to lots of cafes.

The room we stayed in had a strong smoky smell which I informed the owners. It was quite sickening. The bed was comfortable, and other amenities such as the bathroom and carpets were clean. The motel is not modern, but is just out of Gisborne away from the hustle and bustle of the township. Convenient location for travel to Melbourne...

We found it pleasant, though we only stopped a night in passing. The motel had everything we needed for a night. Good proximity to the macedon ranges. Staff very friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi was good. Quiet location.

We were looking for a quiet overnighter prior to flying out from Melbourne and the Gisborne Motel provided just that. It is situated in a quiet location, has very neat grounds and the rooms are presentable and practical and very well serviced. If you are moderately fit then the Gisborne village is about a kilometre away and is a very...

I don't understand why people give such a hotel bad feed back, it's clearly built in the70s and inside has had some renovations but it will never be a five star. I found the lady at the front to be very accomodating, the bed was fine the tv and fridge worked and the shower was hot with amazing pressure. Make...

We booked this Motel as it was the only place available. Reception/ Manager was friendly. Our room was very small, barthroom was also small with no shelving, shower was ok with good water pressure. Towels were very thin. Floor was quite soft, with door rattling when moving around room. Bed was not that comfortable. No cooked breakfast available. Motel is...

We stayed at the Gisborne Motel this weekend for a family wedding. Accomodation was clean, warm, price reasonable and room had everything else we needed. Close to Gisborne central and easy to find from the freeway.

This motel is cheap but too far out of town and in serious need of updating!! The man at the front desk was friendly but that's where the positives stop!! It has not been updated since the 70's and not in a good way!! Only stay here if you can't find somewhere else.

We needed a bed after a late return from O/S. Booked this before we went and it was clean, bed was good, heater was on (that was good) and very welcoming. Just what we needed instead of driving home and going to sleep on the road.

Thank turoar
