We were in a cabin, which the park offered us an upgrade at no extra cost. We accepted the offer and were pleased with the cabin. The park is full of yellow crested cockatoos. They became a bit of a problem in the end, landing on the rail of the deck - this was ok, but they ended up landing...

Thanks for your comments. We do get many animals into our park, many to the delight of our guests. It is unfortunate that some guests ignore the signs about not feeding the wildlife and this can cause some to be a little bit too bold like the Cockatoos. Its alway good to hear our guests have enjoyed their stay at...

Well set out park right in the centre of town within walking distance to everything. The wildlife is everywhere. Cicadas this time of year are deafening in the late afternoon. Kangaroos here casually cross the street to the best grassy paddock. Birds, lizards etc. Park facilities are great with clean amenities, camp kitchen and separate dish washing sinks. Book early...

Thanks Juliana for taking the time to write a review. The state has had a few areas like ours having an issues with the noisy cicadas at pressent. Thankfully they stop at night but all going well they will all be gone in the next week or so (much to the relief of the locals as well). With all the...

Centrally located in Halls Gap, accessible to shops & fantastic walks. Plenty of wildlife wander into the park with Kangaroos, Emu's, Cockatoos, lorikeets & Boobook Owls at night. Cicadas are very noisy though. park is well set up with all facilities available, we had a powered site for the week & thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review. We often have mobs of Kangaroos in our park and many are friendly enough for our guests to get right up close to them. AS we are surrounded by the National Park we get many animals visit us but unfortunately with the warm weather this week and the previous wet weather...

We enjoyed our off-peak stay for nearly a week at this beautiful Caravan Park in one of the spa cabins. If you love being surrounded by friendly white cockatoos, welcoming grey kangaroos, amiable magpies, and other happy old galahs (my wife calls me one of those)...then this is the caravan park meant for you. Walk outside the cabin door and...

A very neat caravan park in a very picturesque setting. Very clean facilities and co-operative staff. Magnificent views of the Grampians to the east and west. Kangaroos are common on the lawns and will excite most travellers and tourists - especially those visiting Australia.

Stayed at the Halls Gap Caravan Park for a week to explore the region. We stayed in a Queen Superior cabin which included kitchen facilities and a small eating/lounge area. Great to hear you enjoyed your stay Elida. Our Queen cabins are less than 5 years old and can be a great base for many of the attractions and walks in the area. The kangaroos and other wildlife that visit the park are often one of the highlights of our guests stay.

Stayed in a Spa Cabin for two nights. Excellent base for many of the walks in the Grampians. The Caravan Park's grounds were quiet and well-maintained. The Cabin was nice, although perhaps slightly outdated. However, was good value for money.
