Our flight to Hobart was cancelled, so were forced to find accommodations for the night. That is how we discovered this gem! The BnB was fantastic with great patronage, welcoming hosts, and all the comforts you'd need for a stay. I would of stayed another few nights if I didn't have to leave the next day - it truly is... We have just returned from Melbourne having spent the night at this wonderful B&B. So good, in fact we are going back for a week at Christmas. Their hospitality went over and beyond our expectations. The room was clean, breakfast was to die for with a great variety available. We have spent many a night at B&B's around the world,... More

Thank you Clare and yes we are looking forward to having a champagne with you over Christmas time. Breakfast could also include pancakes, maple syrup, icecream and berries over Christmas so if your family would like that option, don't hesitate to mention it. More

My husband and I stayed at the Bulleen property owned by a lovely couple, John & Pat, for just one night. We were attending a function at the Heide Museum, so it was very convenient. We were given the front rooms of their home: a double bedroom, a sitting room (for breakfast and tea & coffee anytime) and a separate... More

I had to have day surgery and Brett (co-owner) drove me there and picked me up. Beverly was just lovely, truly awesome people, and I look forward to my next stay. Room was impeccable and Brett makes a breakfast that make me want to drive back just for that. just brilliant. Highly recommend Austin Rise.

Thank you and we appreciate the time you made to write your generous review. As the Austin /Mercy Hospitals are a few minutes drive away, we offer a complimentary lift up and back from the Hospital complex. What a fabulous bed and breakfast in Heidelberg... So welcoming with our own wing to spread out in... Warm, cosy, family friendly and fabulous hospitality... We all loved the massage chair and a soak in the big deep bath, the fire place was great to enjoy a glass of red around...

Very comfortable and clean room. Great host with awesome breakfast. Well located near rail station. We were looked after like family or at least good friends. Good location for travelers wishing to commute to the city or local hospital.

We stayed here for one night and we wish it could have been for longer. Brett and Beverly have the most beautiful, peaceful and perfect BnB I have ever stayed at. Friendly, welcoming and caring hosts provided a wonderful overnight stay. Thoughtful touches, transport to visit my husband in a nearby hospital, delicious breakfast. Unhesitating recommendation. Ideal for someone whose main purpose is visiting a patient in one of the four nearby hospitals - Austin, Warringal, Mercy & Olivia Newton-John's Wellness Centre

Thank you Deb and Steve for your review. Having a few MYKI cards to lend to guests really makes it easy for guests to ride the public transport system around Melbourne.
