Visited this Irish Pub with a group of 19 people. The friendly service was outstanding and the food was great. Large servings and value for money at $16 each meal. Quaint setting with lots of old Irish memorabilia.

Happy with our stay in this authentic old pub with its great history. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable, lovely bed linen, good mattresses, a homely atmosphere throughout. We loved the restaurant too. Service was great. Some vegetarians in our group and while there were several nice veg options on the menu the wonderful Sri Lankan...

Had lunch & my son was on my phone while waiting for food. Lady wouldn't look me in the eye or speak to me. Looked at my son in a very judgemental way, didn't feel welcomed & wouldn't recommend. Go to The Commercial Hotel, much friendlier. Flies everywhere while trying to eat.

Absolutely the worst steak I've ever had ordered a rare steak but I've never had one so hard it chips teeth as I had with the intensely cremated offering I had to endure it was totally disgusting don't waste your time or your money. The meal cost $34 the dentist bill will be considerably higher, will never cross its threshold...

Discovered Historic Koroit out the back of Tower Hill volcanic reserve. Quaint little old pub with fresh home cooked generous meals. Service was provided the minute we walked in the door and topped off with a fresh brew and very tasty beef and guiness pie. I will be returning on the way back from our holiday.

Wendy and Bruce made us feel like part of the family. Great meals and conversation. Queen sized four poster bed, antique furnishings and full of character. The continental breakfast was topped off with a bonus cooked breakfast by chef Bruce.

If you want a taste of the country with good honest food, this is a great start. Roaring open fire, great menu selection (even main and sweet for $18). Bruce the publican cooks, lots of genuine Irish dishes, all served with a happy smile. Steaks melted in your mouth. We didn't stay there, just ate and enjoyed the hospitality

Just down the hill from the Tower Hill reserve full of emu, koala and kangaroo, with an aboriginal shop selling original artwork near the last volcano, Wendy and Bruce run this wonderful old Ettamagoogah style pub serving hearty meals and the best Guiness on tap I've tasted. pub serving real hearty meals and the best Guiness on tap I've tasted.
