I stayed one night here on a bushwalking holiday on the peninsula. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are oldish, but have obviously been well maintained and updated as they go, so still look fresh and clean. Good size and the little kitchenette came in handy. Decent size bathroom, although the shower curtain tended to blow into the...

Stayed one midweek night . Very friendly and helpful staff. This motel is only 5 minutes walk to the start of the shops, restaurants and pubs. Room was clean but the bed was a little too firm. A sliding gate closes at night for security, Road traffic could be heard from around 6 a.m.

Spent one night here as we were going to an event... The motel is a short walk from the main shopping and food strip. We enjoyed the Saturday farmers market and the great choice of restaurants for dinner and breakfast. The staff are friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Good value!

Motel was easy to find when we arrived. Close to the town and the beach. We enjoyed being able walk down for a meal or just a walk along the beach etc. Motel clean and tidy. Made to feel welcome upon our arrival.

Got the last double room - quite large, lovely setting, clean room, microwave, tv, fridge and separate ensuite with the toilet even separate to the rest of the shower room. Within walking distance of the shops - loads of eating places nearby. Very comfortable indeed and good price. Would definitely stay here again.

Went down to Mornington for a weekend of Table Tennis. Spent two nights here. The room was clean with a queen bed, television, microwave, toaster and kettle. The en- suite had shower and basin with a separate toilet.

This place is within walking distance of Mornington's main street, with good bars and restaurants within easy reach. It's ideal too to explore the rest of the peninsula from and the place itself is clean and tidy. We'll stay again if we are in the area.

for three years I have been travelling around the world by pushbike, curently around Australia (20th country). Due to my financial situation I can spend the nights in all kind of accommodations, but my need for luxury is quite low. it must be reasonable. This motel is great. friendly staff, big room, all clean. nothing to complain

We needed to check in early as we had a wedding to attend at 1pm that afternoon, and were travelling to Mornington from country Vic. The manager was very flexible, allowing us to check in almost 2 hours early. Staff were really friendly, and the room was clean & modern with a good size TV and a comfy double bed....
