The Westin Nashville garners praise for its immaculate rooms and facilities, with many guests highlighting the attentive housekeeping. While some travelers feel additional charges detract from the hotel's value, the array of amenities—from a rooftop bar with panoramic views to the vibrant decor reflecting Nashville's spirit—consistently impresses. Guests enjoy the hotel's prime location, conveniently close to Broadway's attractions. Compliments also flow for the friendly and professional service, although room maintenance sometimes receives mixed reviews.

Beautiful lobby, decorated in gold and sparkles, showing the cities roots in music. Great location, less than a 15-minute walk to Broadway and bars/shopping. valet parking is expensive ($55 plus tax) BUT there is a Laz lot on the side of the hotel that is much more reasonable and has in/out access. Elevator access was exceptional, and there was always one waiting for you in the lobby. Rooms were large, clean, and quiet. We had a king room, there was a small sofa and chair and the biggest floor to ceiling windows I've seen in a hotel. Room was on 22nd floor , faced train tracks, but noise was never an issue, other than an occasion train horn. Bathroom was okay, there was a nice rain shower, but our sink faucet leaked, and the choice of a barn door that did not lock was a poor planning design on the hotel. Room had a mini bar fridge that you would not use for personal items, but housekeeping will deliver one that you can use during your stay. Room was large enough that having 2 fridges was not an issue. Room had robes, an umbrella, and chocolates/water by the bed. Not sure if these items are in all rooms or if it was because we were on the Marriott bonvoy floor and are platinum elite. We also got vouchers that were able to use towards breakfast for 2, in the lobby lounge, $65 value for each voucher. Lots of breakfast options and all were very tasty. Also, not sure if this is a platinum elite perk since there is no Bonvoy/concierge lounge at this location. Roof top bar was nice and had a roof top pool with a glass side that overlooked the city, unfortunately, the pool was closed for the season and with the wide selection of bars on Broadway, we never stopped by for a cocktail. There was also a nice roof top pool, but it was closed for the season. Took day trips to Belle Meade Mansion, Opry Land Mall (Boot barn there has a nice selection of cowboy boots and apparel, much nicer than their Broadway location) and Parthenon, all were less than a half hour drive from hotel. Gym and indoor pool area were nice too! Overall, a fantastic stay and would stay again when in the Nashville area.

The Westin Nashville was in a great location and within walking distance to Broadway but felt comfortable walking home late at night. The room was very clean, the King bed was extremely comfortable. and the coffee in the room was excellent. They provided water bottles for great convenience and came in handy when walking outside in the hot weather. The view from the roof top was amazing! Best of all the restaurant downstairs had amazing food, was convenient and wasn't too expensive especially if you didn't have reservations at high end local restaurants.

This hotel is beautiful and has all the bells and whistles but it’s the staff that really make a great experience, and we had a wonderful stay for my daughter’s wedding. They were upgraded to a suite, making their stay that much more special. This hotel is within easy walking distance of amazing restaurants and other things to see. The sinus shot from the spa made it so I wasn’t sniffling through the ceremony and I’m thankful it was an option. I will 100% stay here again the next time I’m in Nashville.

Nice place. Attention to detail is obvious everywhere including maintenance, training of staff, quality of decor, food, etc. We were stuck in Nashville for a week in a snow storm and stayed there. They prepped the sidewalks in advance, sufficient staff were housed in the hotel in advanced, we never ran out of anything, and other than seeing the city grind to a halt you’d never know it staying in the hotel. The staff were all genuinely friendly and great at what they do. The rooms, exercise area, everything were nice. Good job to management. You obviously know what you are doing.

Spent the 4th of July weekend in Nashville and had a wonderful stay at the Westin. Our corner room had the perfect view for the spectacular fireworks show downtown. We ordered food from room service which came quickly and piping hot and never had to leave the room or fight the crowds. Both the bar and wait staff at L27 provided us great service all three times we visited over the weekend. Although the barista at Decker and Dyer was extremely busy each morning and there was a little wait, he was very personable and made us delicious specialty coffees. We found the bed and pillows quite comfy and every staff member we met was pleasant and engaged in conversation with us about our stay and visit to Nashville.

I was not thrilled with the Westin except our waitress Erykah at breakfast gave us great service The hotel room we had needed maintenance. Toilet paper holder falling off wall, shower shampoo holder broken. The room was very hot and you couldn’t go below 66 on the temp. First day cleaning was fine but second day no cleaning, had to request towels , water and coffee. Never got coffee. It’s a convenient location but amenities were lacking. Also there is a frig in room but you can’t use it for your personal items. Only for those items to buy.

Dear Wilma921, Thank you for sharing your feedback about your recent stay at The Westin Nashville. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you encountered during your visit, and we appreciate your honesty in pointing out areas where we can improve. We're glad to hear that Erykah provided you with great service during breakfast. She is indeed a valued member of our team, and we're pleased that she made a positive impact on your dining experience. If you’re looking for a stylish, comfortable hotel in the heart of downtown Nashville, The Westin is a fantastic choice. The hotel boasts modern, spacious rooms with sleek decor and plush beds that make for a great night’s sleep. I especially enjoyed the rooftop pool with stunning views of the city – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to popular spots like Broadway, the Ryman Auditorium, and plenty of local restaurants and bars.

Service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff making sure everything went smoothly throughout my stay. The only downside would be the price – it’s definitely on the higher end, but given the location and quality of amenities, it’s well worth it for a memorable Nashville experience.

Overall, The Westin offers a great blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury. Highly recommended for both business travelers and anyone wanting to experience the best of Nashville.

As a former hotelier who managed 5 star luxury hotels, maybe my expectations are too high however my stay at the Westin Nashville has been beyond disappointing.

Im a platinum elite member with Marriott which apparently means nothing as I’ve yet to receive a room upgrade, welcome gift or breakfast inclusions. Frustrating but I can look past it as this hotel has incredible amenities such as their Spa, gyms, pools, restaurants and so forth. That is of course when these services are available. Today I was informed that for the next two days, the spa was booked out by a private group.

Regardless that it’s $40 charge to use their sauna which I find ridiculous, I was willing to pay the fee as it’s treatment I do 3 to 4 times a week. It’s also a reason why I chose the Westin as the JW Marriott doesn’t have these amenities.

So instead I went back to my room, grabbed a bottle of water that they provided and took it up the pool where I was told that I couldn’t take that bottle of water in the pool area.

As I entered the pool, every single deck chair (14) was taken. How a hotel of this size has only 14 deck chairs is baffling to me. There no where to sit outside unless you want to pay for a cabana.

I guess my frustration with this hotel is that no one seems to care. When I expressed my disappointment with things, they look at me as if I’m the one with the problem.

There is no “how can I assist you” mentality. As if this is a Holiday Inn Express where you get what you get. Having managed hotels such as Raffles and Orient Express, this level of service would never be accepted and I’m appalled that this is the standard we now have to accept with Marriott.

If a hotel employee asked me “how was my stay” and I reply not very good, their next response should be, “how can I help”. At the Westin they just look at you and acknowledge your frustration without any offer of assistance.

Our stay was overall pleasant. I will point out a few obvious things… the staff was very pleasant. Karrisa the waitress was fantastic. She was extremely accommodating and made us feel very taken care of. The front desk staff was quick and knowledgeable. A very rude customer was next to us and treated the front desk so horribly. He threw his keys at the woman working the front desk. Some people shouldn’t be allowed to stay in hotels.
The rooms: please stock each room with more than 2 washcloths. Seriously. It’s ridiculous to expect 2 people to only need two washcloths their entire stay. Rooms are clean, bathrooms are updated and modern. We had a heavenly suite and we were upgraded based off my request. Carpets are gross but seems to be common thread with many Marriott properties. Overall a solid 4 star

No shuttle. You can take a taxi, Uber, Lyft… For taxis, there were so many waiting at the airport, at your arrival, there’s barely any wait. And for the return, the parking valet staff at the Westin called one for me and within minutes, the taxi was there to take me back to the airport.
