The GM sent me an email before my arrival asking if there was anything special the hotel could help me with before my arrival. For personal reasons, I asked if they carried distilled water on hand. They said not, but can pick some up for me if I should need some. So I asked them to do so. As I...

This hotel is conveniently located with helpful people at reasonable rates. That said, there is a lot of road noise at night. Also, we were in town for NYE and the people in the room next door partied until 4 in the morning.

My stay at this property for News Years Eve was just ok. The staff were excellent and the Lobby very organized and clean. However the water pressure and water temperature was horrible. Cold and weak water pressure.

Lobby etc has been redone, and looks awesome. The rooms however are showing their age and somewhat chewed on. Staff are very friendly, can't fault them . Housekeeper though took a couple of shortcuts, although it was New Years day, I'm sure they were short staffed and overwhelmed.

Stayed two nights on a hospital visit. The front desk staff was attentive and very nice. The team at the Bistro was outstanding and very attentive. The location is wonderful, as it is in walking distance to some nice F&B options. The property is what you expect out of a Courtyard. Check out was a breeze and the staff had me...

Stayed here one night on business, it's a Courtyard so you know what to expect, great service and nice folks here. The bar is above average with a couple of local beers on tap, rooms are nice and just what you expect. Overall a good stay.

I highly recommend this hotel if you want to be close to downtown without paying more to be downtown. The staff was excellent, the room was very nice. The free shuttle service to downtown was an awesome amenity. Will definitely return! There is a fee for parking, but that is normal for any downtown hotel in any city.

This hotel is in a great location close to good restaurants and places to see. The rooms were nice and spacious. We stayed 2 nights and they cleaned our room well and restocked everything. The main problem was the cost of parking! It is $26/night + tax! That is for self parking. Valet is also $26/night. We chose self parking...

Hello! I saw that you enjoyed the location and I know our staff is friendly, the parking charges are the lowest in the midtown/ downtown area. We are actually lower than any of our sister properties as well. We hope you can come back as you did enjoy the other services.

I think the cost of the hotel is due to the location, but otherwise, there is nothing special about this place. In fact, It is lacking in things I can find in other Marriott hotels. The lack of a microwave was interesting. That is a staple in most rooms now. The service was good in general, although they were cleaning...

Very nice hotel and great customer service. The hotel staff was excellent and Gary was extremely helpful. It's nice to hear someone call you by your first name when you return to the hotel. The cleaning staff was so friendly and took time to ask about our trip to Nashville and provide helpful information on where to visit.
