I wondered no longer why I left the Marriott brand. Room was over priced, parking was more expensive than Chicago or NYC. Restaurant (if you can call it that) was closed before 10pm. Snack shop had a freezer, no ice cream.

Hello, I understand if you feel the price for parking was high and I apologize for that. We are actually less expensive than any other Marriott property in both mid town and downtown. If you would like to call the property I can discuss your stay and review any issues that you encountered.

It was a very nice visit. The people that worked at the hotel were very nice and helpful. Everyone had great customer service. I used valet parking. Curtis was the guy that did my valet parking. He was very nice and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. I recommend this hotel as a place to stay.

Great hotel for our anniversary weekend in Nashville! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, the shuttle service to Broadway and nearby restaurants was extremely convenient. Rooms were clean, nice and comfortable. We could have not have asked for more.

Great location very close to downtown. We where there for a cheer leading competition hotel has a shuttle to and from downtown that runs until 10 pm, very useful. Just allow time for traffic and if there are a lot of people staying in hotel there might be a little wait. Nice shops and restaurants in this local area and...

During a conference for work, I had the opportunity to visit the West End Courtyard again this fall. The staff at this hotel is absolutely amazing! From getting our crazy room schedule worked out, to finding something fo ran upset stomach, and even going so far as to help me find a place to buy a last minute gift... these...

It was my first time visiting Nashville. We were there for the Titan/Carolina game. I spoke to the front desk associate Lisa by phone before my trip. She left a packet at the front desk for me of things to do because she was expected to be off the day I arrived. She ended up working that day so I...

I stayed here based on price and location. Very easy walk to Vanderbilt and quick free shuttle or cheap cab ride downtow. Service was excellent and room was typical of a courtyard. The only draw back was the the crowd of cars around the entrance and valet, made getting into the hotel a challenge. The people who are working at...

While this is perfect to walking to Vanderbilt and around Music City, it is too far to walk to downtown. However, they do run a free shuttle which was easy to catch out and just a cheap cab ride ($6.00) back. Cheaper than staying right downtown but would have been nice to be walking distance to downtown. Rooms clean and...

The location was great, the room was just fine but it was the staff that made the stay. I am sorry that I did not get the head concierge man's name but you know who he is. He wears the Pittsburgh Steelers jersey and blinking music note on his jacket. He is always impeccably dressed and greets you when you...

Great staff very friendly ,Clean hotel. Broadway is about 1.5 miles away, you can walk it with no problem its mostly down hill .A taxi one way will cost about $8 to $10 . So we use to walk in and get a taxi back. There is a free shuttle which runs from the hotel but we never caught it so...
