Great accomdations for our entire family>50 people from allover the U.S.! Amenities were great with on site restaurant, pool and exercise room. Shuttle to and from airport was an added bonus and staff was very supportive of our larger than normal groupings.

Great hotel for a family stay, conveniently located. The front desk staff was professional and helpful. We loved the complimentary coffee, water, apples and mints in the lobby. The modern, simplistic design gave the hotel a clean look. The suite they gave us was good for our family, although it was not what we booked through priceline. The front desk attendant offered us to be on standby for the room we paid for, but told us that since we had booked through Priceline we probably had gotten a great deal and that the room we paid for was only upon availability. This has happened to us in other hotels in the US and internationally, so I guess that's a known "punishment" policy for booking through a travel site. So, we don't hold it against the very professional front-desk attendant.
The housekeeping staff was excellent.

I had not stayed at this Radisson since it was renovated. It doesn’t even resemble the dated and drab hotel that I remember staying in before. The rooms are now modern in style, and feel bright and refreshed. It felt more like a RadissonBLU as opposed to a Radisson. I have been a Club Carlson member for years, and even held status at one time, and all I can say is wow! Radisson is now back on my regular “must stay” list. I’m glad to see this brand being revitalized and given new life. This was definitely a renovation done right!

we were coming into Nashville to see Concert/Comedy Show Chappell and Joe Rogan but show cancelled for obvious Covid reasons and concern. I Made reservation on Priceline. Prepaid and Hotel will not make exception and refund any or even partial amount of my money. Priceline did called the Hotel front desk on my behalf and ask for refund or credit but they said rejected our request and said noNo. I would have appreciated at least a partial credit or even give me credit for a future stay at another time when my show was rescheduled. Not very fair or considerate considering my situation. thank you

We only spent one night here as a mini getaway for my daughter's birthday. We wanted a place with an indoor pool and something convenient to the Opry Mills Mall. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pillows could have been a little fuller. The pool was clean and we had it all to ourselves since we went on a weekday. We would have loved complimentary breakfast but they do have a restaurant on site with pretty reasonable prices.

We stayed here on two different nights and used their park and fly service which worked well. Unfortunately, the first night we got a room close to the elevator. Even with the fan on, we could hear both elevators operating off and on all night long. Needless to say, our sleep was not the best and we had a 7:00 am flight to catch.

Lesson number 1. For restful sleep, please do not get a room by the elevator. In retrospect, they should have refunded all or some of my payment.

Our room had been renovated and we really liked the no carpet floor. The toilet paper holder was loose and the roll slipped off the holder readily.

For our second night, we got a room with a hot breakfast included. Upon our arrival we were told that the restaurant would be closed in the morning and we could get the sack breakfast. I said no. The staff at night did not know how to refund the breakfast portion of my payment. Pretty much the same with the staff in the morning. I checked out without satisfaction. Later in the morning, they called with the correction. Not on top of it. If they knew that their restaurant was going to closed, they should have proactively worked on refunding my money. I don’t think I got the full amount back.

Lesson number 2. Do not prepay for breakfast. They cannot do the math if the restaurant is closed.

We arrived at the Radisson Nashville Airport Hotel by car on the last leg of our Tennessee road trip. We arrived slightly early and decided to try check in. As expected (for a busy hotel) there were no available rooms. We were asked (by a very rude member of staff) to wait an hour or two. We notified her, that we had contacted the hotel about an upgrade as it was a celebratory occasion & also had free breakfast as part of our booking . They denied all knowledge of this and she was quite rude at the time. So we went away to grab some lunch (loads of fast food restaurants very close by) and chill.
We returned to the hotel around an hour and half later..visited check in desk & spoke to the earlier mentioned rude lady...Was then so very surprised to find we had been upgraded and given breakfast vouchers.
On arriving to our room, we had been upgraded to a suite with separate bedroom and lounge. Very nice indeed with lots of space and a nice bathroom. We also got breakfast for the time we were there, although the breakfast service was very very slow. The servers seemed overwhelmed. All in all, this was a good stay thanks to a good room & a member of staff who obviously realised we had upgraded online and were celebrating a special occasion. The staff need to be friendlier and breakfast needs to be less chaotic.

It’s been several hours since I requested room service by speaking directly to housekeeping.

Nothing so I called Regina at the front desk and she put me on hold for almost 5 minutes with no response. So I called her back and she said I’m still waiting on housekeeping to call her back. Nice she left me on hold that long with no updates.

Initially she didn’t even ask how she could help, her initial cut & paste statement was they only service the rooms every 3 days without even listening to my request. Then she realized I was on day 4.

And it’s now been over 30 minutes and still NO call from her to let me know.

Horrible customer service.

Checked in to the Radisson Hotel Nashville Airport on Friday, March 15 after dinner where I was greeted by an extremely pleasant young man who made the check in process very smooth. He brought up the option to park there and be shuttled over to the airport in the morning. I said I would think about it and a couple hours later came back down to the front desk to find a new individual with a Caribbean accent and long dangly cross earring working the front desk who immediately treated me like a burden. I said that we were interested in keeping our vehicle there at the property while gone on vacation, paid the amount for 4 days and then he acted like he filled out a sheet with our name and departure time. He was extremely rude and short the entire time. Came downstairs the next morning to leave at 5:15 AM and the gentlemen at the front desk and the driver of the shuttle said they had no notice or anything written down by the rude desk worker from the night before. Regardless, we got to the airport on time and hoped it was all behind us. Boy were we wrong.

We got back from our international trip Wednesday night around 10:15 PM. I called the front desk as instructed to let them know we would be getting our bags shortly and looking for the shuttle back to the hotel. It was the same desk worker and he decided to yell at me this time and repeatedly tell me the shuttle would be coming to Meeting Spot 2. We got our bags and went out where there was no shuttle waiting. I called back to the front desk at 10:40 where the desk worker put me on hold and never got back on the line. I called back from my wife’s phone and he answered once again rudely and stated that the shuttle must have gotten stuck in the traffic. 11 PM comes around and I called back and he rudely stated that it was definitely coming. 11:15 PM, no shuttle, I have to get a Lyft for $30 back to the hotel. I confirmed that the shuttle was sitting in a parking spot in the back of the building not turned or having started in some time. I go inside the hotel, ask him to write down his name and confirmed that he never sent the shuttle. He smiled very proudly obviously knowing what he had done and couldn’t care less.

Note: I had my wife, 10 year old son and 3 year old daughter traveling with me exhausted from traveling all day and still had a 3 hour drive home. Also, this does not even cover the fact that our room air would never get below 73 as we weren’t going to even attempt to have anything done since the worker would continued to treat us horribly.

Something needs to be done about this individual as he will continue to ruin family’s experiences and make the hotel look horrible.

amazing hotel and shuttle pickup. Jeremy is such a friendly shuttle driver and on time. close to the airport. check in was easy. beautiful rooms, wooden floor, big screen tv. the ac worked great and so did the shower. water pressure and adjusting the temperature of the water in the shower was very easy to do. clean and comfortable bed and pillows.

Thank you for your questions. There is a closet with a shelf for clothing but most guests prefer to use the white leather bench for their suitcase and storage.
