Not worth the price. This is a very mediocre hotel dressed in tacky "music city" accoutrements. You're paying for the decoration rather than any actual amenities. There are better options in the area.
Booked several nights based on the 4.5 star rating. Booking was non-refundable. Arrived to property and was so disappointed. Stayed in room about 15 minutes and ended up booking at another hotel. Outdated furniture. Bathroom sink was stopped up. Toilet was stained. Corners in floor has dust and dirt. Headboard of bed was cloth and seemed nasty. Didn’t feel comfortable at all. Highly overrated and more like a 2 star. Parking was $42 additional charge.
Theo is a great guy. He did all that needs to be done. If you come here and visit you need to ask for Theo he is the bomb!!!!!!!! I really like him and will definitely come back and stay again just for him
52 dollars a night to park? Ridiculous. No restaurant, and bottom shelf liquor. The staff however was lovely, especially Emma and the front desk staff. Our room was very nice but the furniture needs an update and the shower was moldy. Great location.
RYAN!!!! Hutton hotel front desk employee Ryan W. is the BEST. Super accommodating, friendly, and professional. Helped us find the best deal for our last minute stay at the Hutton and I couldn't be happier! If you speak with anyone else you're missing out !
Griffin is an amazing asset to the hotel. He immediately recognized us when we pulled up from a previous stay. He offered to take our bags up the steps for us. He also helped us load when we were leaving. His attention to detail is off the charts.
The Hotel is okay - till they ripp you off. I booked the room for ca. 190 $ and in the end i paid 270 $ for it. Cause they bill you a resort fee (25 $) and then i had unexplained services (60 $) on my credit card. When you call the hotel, the billing department is never available but will call you - what will not happen. We arrived on the 26th december and learned that the Lobby in the Hotel is not heated - we only checked in but the whole staff was freezing in wintercoats. The room is okay but for sure not 270$ worth. Non of the promised additional services where offered or available - don't expect the guitar, the sound lounge or at least towels in the fitness center. The service is awful - and there are so many other hotels in Nashville. So my recommendation: Book somewhere else. …
The Hutton Hotel front desk folks RULE! Steven B and Cameron were soooo helpful and wonderful and great. These guys went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. AND complimentary cocktails upon arrival?!? MUSIC TO OUR EARS! Thanks for making our stay in Music City so amazing.
Griffin (at the valet stand) and the team took great care of us! Our car was always bought right away and I felt like it was cared for, and secure. Excellent experience with the front desk as well, Steven, Dawna and Rodney took great care us of us! Will certainly return when in Nashville again.
Hutton hotel is perfectly placed with many amenities offered. We have a Tesla and even had it charged with valet parked. Griffin was a great valet guy and overall a great experience. I enjoy the qualities of a boutique hotel stay. We were within walking distance to many great restaurants and the stay itself was nice.
