Nestled in the heart of Nashville, the Hilton Nashville Downtown is acclaimed for its prime location, putting guests steps away from the city's vibrant entertainment scene. While some guests note the higher floors offer a quieter stay, the street noise below is generally not a deterrent. Although opinions on value are mixed, with parking and breakfast costs being a concern for some, the level of service often tips the scales favorably. The hotel boasts a commendable cleanliness standard and a welcoming atmosphere, with a bustling on-site bar and a lobby that guests find beautiful. Travelers enjoy the hotel's ample amenities, though the lack of in-room coffee facilities is a minor drawback. The rooms are spacious and equipped with quality toiletries, yet a few guests have commented on the need for more contemporary decor. Overall, the Hilton Nashville Downtown is praised for its exceptional service and cleanliness, making it a popular choice for those seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in the city.

Great Hilton property located in the heart of Nashville. We stayed here for 4-nights at the end of April and we're so happy that we chose this hotel. It's located right across the street from Bridgestone Arena and one block off of the famous "Broadway" street where there are so many famous bars and also offers some gift shops. The Country Music Hall of Fame is across a small park from the front entrance and many other attractions are a short walk from the Hilton Nashville Downtown like the Johnny Cash Museum, Patsy Cline Museum, Ryman Auditorium (the original Grand Ole Opry), the "District," and Nissan Stadium (for Titan games & concerts) to name a few.

Before arriving, I would like to compliment Jessica Blanchard (Executive Assistant to the General Manager) who helped ensure that my wife and I had a wonderful stay. She ensured that we got a great room and helped me ensure that we would have a great memory of our stay there and visit to Nashville.

Once you walk into the hotel you will notice a very open inside to the hotel that makes it feel very welcoming. There is nice classy looking bar that's located straight in front of you in the middle of the hotel. The hotel offers a nice fitness center, concierge (if you need help with any attractions), atrium bar, coffee shop, small retail/gift store and a nice Italian restaurant on property. If you feel like something else, you're in the heart of Nashville and find what you're craving probably within a short walk. They also offer valet parking (around $60 per night). It might be a little expensive but the valet service is good.

The hotel rooms are very classy looking and kept very clean. Each day during or visit we requested room service and each day we returned to our room that was spotless and had extra towels that we requested. Our room offered a great view of the Country Music Hall of Fame and could see most of the Bridgestone Arena too.

We really enjoyed the bar that is located in the middle of the hotel. The bartenders were very friendly and made good drinks like Bloody Mary's. I would recommend having at least one stop at the bar and you will enjoy the experience. While we were there they didn't close too early either like a lot of bars do at hotels.

If you're visiting Nashville and want to be located in the middle of everything in downtown area, the Hilton Nashville Downtown is the place to check-in. It might be a little pricy but you will be glad you paid for it. The next time we visit there, we will definitely stay here and we really appreciate the great assistance that Jessica Blanchard provided to ensure our stay was GREAT!!!

I have worked with a variety of hotel brands in my 30-plus years teaching and training real estate professionals across the country. We held our Annual Conference at the Hilton Nashville Downtown in July 2024. From beginning to end, every member of the staff we encountered went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. The catering was delicious; the meeting rooms were set correctly and well maintained; and every one of our attendees who interacted with the staff were met with smiles and a "let's solve it" attitude.

We will definitely look to return to this property for future events. What a special, servant-hearted crew!

Our stay at the Hilton was the highest quality. My wife and I have stayed here in the past and the staff exceeded expectations. Despite travel disruptions due to a winter storm, Anusha at check in was warm and friendly and ensured our multiple rooms were high quality and ready to go as our guests arrived from their travel delays. Anusha wss extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

My wife and I stayed here for three nights October 30 - November 1 as I was attending a conference at this hotel. The location of this facility is top notch - one block from Broadway, a short walk over the bridge to Nissan Stadium, a quick walk across the park to the Country Music Hall of Fame, literally across the street from Bridgestone Arena (hockey, concerts) or two blocks from the Ryman Auditorium. Location is great!! As we arrived, we were greeted by members of the valet team and I must say the valet team was the best part of this hotel's team as those folks were hustling while we were there. Our vehicle was delivered in a timely manner and the valets were helpful in their advice as to how to avoid traffic delays in the downtown area. Bellhops were in short supply when we arrived but we were able to eventually have some to help with the luggage getting to the room. Check-in was simple enough and courteous. We arrived to room which was a one bedroom suite to find a rather smallish, in space, one bedroom "suite". The room was clean and appropriately tempature regulated for this time of the year and the bathroom was well-cleaned. The bathroom was of decent size with great water pressure from the shower. Not exactly sure how to describe the room itself other than the king sized bed was squeezed into one half of the room as there was a thinnish wall separating the bedroom from a living area - the bed was most comfortable and nice pillows. The living area was tight in size and in retrospect not worth the extra fees for this "suite". There was a television in the bedroom as well as one in the living area however the guide on the TV was scrolling at all times and the scrolling feature unable to stop. advance forward or move backwards. My wife ordered room service twice in the morning and said the food was ok but nothing special and rather expensive. The room service trays were placed outside of our room after each meal and both breakfast trays stayed there until the afternoon of our second day there. Check out was simple and as we chose to leave a day earlier than originally planned, the front desk team member did not me charge the early departure fee. To sum it up from me, the best part of this facility is its proximity to venues we visited and the valet team. The cost of this hotel does not reflect the value you get by staying here as our room was on par with a Hampton Inn style room and especially when you add in the $60 per day parking fee that is added to your charges for valet (there is not a self parking option at this hotel), one should consider other comparable hotels if one is willing to walk a couple of blocks further.

Our yearly conference was successful based on the hospitality of the Nashville Downtown Hilton. From the time our attendees and exhibitors arrived they were welcomed by both valet and front desk staff, making them feel valued for their visit. All complimented the rooms and the housekeeping staffs attention to detail, as well as the training venue and exhibit area. The biggest compliment came for the quality of the dining experience....variety and taste could not have been better. Debbie in Sales and Kenny in Banquets made sure we were checked on throughout the conference, meeting every request quickly. We could not reccomend the facilty more highly and plan to return through 2027.

Stayed here for 1 night for a concert at the Ryman. The Hilton is literally less than a 10 min walk! And it was over 95 degrees! We had a 1 king bedroom facing Bridgestone, which was a great thing because it was quiet. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, and since our room as not ready, gave us access to the Executive Lounge...we are Gold members, so we would have had access anyway. You can do Valet parking for $58 with in/out privileges, or $48 self park with no in/out privileges. If you are visiting downtown Nashville, this hotel is the best especially for location and service. HIGHLY recommend.

This is our third time staying at this hotel and we have had issues 2 out of the 3 stays. The first time we paid for the rate that included breakfast. During our stay no one knew how to redeem the breakfast. So that was a fail. During that stay we realized that this Hilton had an executive lounge that included breakfast. It also specifically says in the Hilton app that breakfast is included in the executive lounge. That is not the case, there is only coffee. Also, the lounge was not clean and poorly maintained. Part of the Hilton brand and Diamond experience is the lounge. I’m a 20 year diamond member and to me this is false advertising. This Hilton is nice but the rooms are dated when compared to other options. The location is awesome but the Embassy Suites and Grand Hyatt are brand new and double the room size. We were actually going to stay at the Grand Hyatt but decided to stay at the Hilton due to the location and that breakfast was included as it is at the Hyatt. It’s fine if breakfast is not in the lounge but if that’s the case take off of your website. We complained to the hotel and asked to hear from management and we received no response. Again…dated hotel and overpriced most of the time.

We had an exceptional experience at the Hilton Nashville Downtown during our Thanksgiving family reunion! Amanda, the sales coordinator, provided outstanding customer service. She was incredibly patient and helpful in addressing our family’s many inquiries, ensuring everything was seamless for our stay.

The hotel itself was clean, centrally located, and perfectly accommodating to our needs. A special thank you to the Symphony Lounge managers and staff, who went above and beyond to set up a beautiful table for our family’s meet-and-greet. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made our event memorable.

Everyone we encountered, including the valet staff, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Their professionalism and friendliness added to the positive experience.

We strongly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, prime location, and commitment to making guests feel valued. We look forward to returning!

Don't waste your money at this hotel not worthy of the Hilton brand. We checked in and found they had made the beds with no blankets. Just sheets. I called downstairs and advised with temperatures in the 50s that night we want blankets. It was so odd just to ask that question at a four star hotel. We went to lunch, two hours later we arrived back at our room and still no blankets. I called the front desk again, and they said they would text someone right away. As we waited, we stared at the backside of a dirty door, dirty walls, scratched up furniture, dust balls on the picture frames, and wondered why we were paying over 400. Sometimes these rooms run over 800 a night! After 30 minutes, I called again and advised perhaps we should have a different room or go to a different hotel if they had a shortage of blankets. Down blankets showed up in 5 minutes, which I promptly sent away as I had requested a feather free room. The maid returned promptly with real blankets and tried to hand them over to me at the door. Ummm. No. I am not on Hilton's payroll and will not be making beds while on vacation. The cherry on this unfortunate sundae was when I requested a late checkout as a Diamond member and Will at the front desk told me I could check out at 12:30 because half the hotel was coming and going that day. I asked to speak to a manager and Will said he didn't have one, but I can come downstairs and talk to him anytime. Click. We grabbed our bags and left at 9:30am. We had enough, and longed for a day when Hilton actually cared about their guests.

We moved from another downtown Nashville hotel to this Hilton and we were very happy we did. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fabulous and I appreciated that they did not use styrofoam anything. Dishes, cups, and glasses were glass/porcelain and they did not use the tiny butter or tiny jam containers. A very good experience all around.
