After a tiring drive we stopped at the Regency Inn and was greeted by very polite and friendly staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. It is not like the Holiday Inn or any high standard hotel, it depends on what you are looking for. Overall price was reasonable and a lot better than most basic hotels. Will definitely...

We came into the area without a reservation anywhere, we settled here. Two females, the area was alittle run down but once inside our room it was all ok! The beds were SUPER comfortable didn't want to get up in the morning to check out! The building was old and needed some updating but other than that it wasn't so...

bummer place....avoid this one. not nice staff. not welcoming at all. big BUMMER. and they shift prices making it a rip off hotel too - worse. I definitely do not think it is any value. Why? Because they advertise about $34 night and then charge you $65 to $75 when you get there. It's pretty funky (not in the cool...

This place is horrible. The rooms are dirty, the amenities are zilch, the area is scary - if you're traveling with any valuables, don't stay here. If you value security and peace of mind, don't stay here. If you like listening to drug dealers walk in and out all night and feeling like you should have brought along a couple...

Hotel was close to class I was attending, so location was good in that aspect. Although hotel had interior doors, they were damaged and ill fitting. Window on ground level did not feel safe and area also did not feel secure. Carpet and mattress was old, bathroom had damaged tile and tub. Fortified one nights stay to move to further...

I stayed here for 45 minutes and saw a baby roach. As I went to get a refund I saw another one on the stairwell. I almost had a heart attack! The women at the front desk gave me attitude because i wanted a refund. She was nice during check in though.

People knocking banging on doors all night long tenement housing ??? Thought it was hotel. Smells dirty rooms don't want to walk on carpet. Let alone use bath room...

I was very tired and almost falling asleep at the wheel. Weather had turned and I decided to stop because their neon lighted flashing sign said rooms as low as $34. Well.........room was very dated and the bathroom paint was pealing and there may have been some black mold starting. The bed sheets looked clean and I did get some...

Not expecting much - thought it would be simple, basic, clean and safe and was OK if a bit dated. Found it to be worn out, tattered and on the edge of a questionable area - disappointing even for less than $50. Was hoping to find a convenient, comfortable, basic place to stay for my frequent passes through Nashville -...

I was not expecting much when I went to this place. However it was excellent. In fact after a difficult evening in Nashville I slept like a log! It is excellent value for money & clean. The staff are also very nice & helpful so thanks for that. Only downside is that you are now near downtown. PLS ONLY GET...

“If you are a light sleeper, you might want to get a room that is not on the highway side, because there is less noise (although I was on the highway side and the curtain blocked the traffic noise pretty well).”
