We stayed in this hotel on 7/14/21 on our trip around America. It was the worst hotel that we stayed in. First room that they gave us didn't even have even a desk, just one stool. The upgraded room, which supposedly to be a rebuild room, was filthy, the shower head was coming off and water was filling up the bathroom. There was not a black-out curtain on the window and the Venetian blind had a split so somebody could look in through the closed blind. When we checked in, we were required to pay $26 security deposit that was promised to return back. Two weeks passed but the security deposit has not been returned to our card. Stay away from this hotel.

Unfortunately, due to the CMA music fest, we had prepaid this "Inn" for 5 nights, so where stuck! The place was filthy and very run down. The rooms where not maintained or given any sort of cleaning. I'm glad I didn't have my dog as I wouldn't want her laying on the floor. On top of that, we had a tablet, wireless speaker and scrabble game STOLEN from our room without any signs of forced entry. This was on Friday and by Monday they were attempting to look at security footage when we left. I haven't heard from them since...5 days later. This place is unbelievable!

Did not stay in room , charged 127$ to my credit card. The room looked and smelled like a crack house. Nobody should be forced to pay for such a disease trap. The manager Blaa Patel manages this dump without regard for human life. Do not stay your health depends on it.

The so called hotel is horrible!!! Was only going to stay for one night!!! Room was not clean, the shower was a joke, it was a closet!!! Then at 11:00 at night two men were knocking on the door saying they were with the hotel checking the electric outlets!!! Then tried to open the door!!!When I called the front desk, the night manager said he would come check on it. Never did. Called again and reported it, and finally he came out there and was telling the workers to stop for the night. When I demanded a full refund because we did not feel safe and were leaving he told me he could only give me a 50% back!!! Will never stay at that Hell Hole again!!! Reporting them to their corporate offices!!! Don't waste your money there!!!

We booked this hotel for 3 nights but didn't even stay for 1. We were charged a penalty of 1 night which I was prepared for but there was no way we could stay there. We had children. The sofabed which was supposed to be for our 12 year old was unbelievably nasty. Filthy. Salt/sweat stains on the back of it. We were told it was no smoking but the stench of the room was unbearable. There was a front and back door which we opened and blasted the air while we were deciding what to do.
The pool - which was listed as closed for the season (in August??) and which we could see through the back door, obviously hadn't been opened in years.
The area looked very rough. A man tried to bum cigarettes from me when I was walking back to the office.
I am a "thrifty" traveler and usually choose the budget hotels. But this one was below what I would ever consider acceptable. I would stay in the car before I would sleep in this hotel.
We got on the phone, booked something else, and left.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I'm not a picky person at all, and I've stayed in plenty of 'budget' hotels....but this place was bad, bad, bad. Extremely sketchy area, someone was knocking on our door at 2am. There were cockroaches in our room, parking sucked, the carpet was filthy and the shower was trimmed in mildew. I reserved a King room, but our bed was only a full size and the room, in general, was cramped & super-small. The pool is 'closed for the season' (it's Summer!). The worst part? I wasted my Choice rewards points on this dump for my free night. :(

Let me start with the good things... the room was pretty clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom looked like it may have been recently remodeled and you get clean towels. The young lady at the front desk Unique was very helpful. They are clearly trying to maintain a nice place for travelers to stay however they fall a little short with some of the amenities. You get shampoo in a packet like ketchup. A thin sliver of soap that looks like a cracker the doesn't get replaced when they clean the room. The shower never got hot and the water from the shower head came out like mist. They tried to have some decor with the little picture above the toilet but even the picture was pitiful. The towels had some holes in them and were super thin and the room was dark no matter how many lights were on. I would not choose to stay here again but if you need a bed for the night this is your no frills opportunity.

We were helped immediately during check in and was told about internet (strange it worked great), ice machine (close by), parking (free), breakfast hrs ( 6-9, surprisingly, potatoes, sausage and strange powdered eggs with the usual fruits bread, juices and coffee that wasn't too bad) and some helpful hints on directions. Place is being painted and looks like some remodeling going on. No noise from that. Good bed, hot water pressure good and no noise problems (we stayed farthest from the freeway)That being said the paint job and remodeling looks like it's been done by children. Don't look under the bathroom sink! It does have elevators but I only used once due to the smell and paint all over the carpet. Major Big Rig truck noise in the early am. Would of gave it "Poor" due to the condition but everything worked as it should and priced great for us. You do get what you pay for. Stayed two nights and everything was the same.

We booked a room via Expedia with a discounted rate, but we did regret doing so. The place is not taken care of. The wall behind the toilet was very dirty. The towels were washed with kitchen towels, the smell of them told me so. The remote for the TV did not work. The hotel is located in a sketchy area of Nashville and it seems some people live there permanently. They are noisy, foul mouthed, they argue late at night on the tables at the front of the lobby. We were very uncomfortable and nervous. Wi-fi was lousy. We only stayed for that night and decided to rent somewhere else for the rest of our stay. I do not recommend anyone to ever stay there.

We just stayed there mid July of 2016. Ended up booking w/ Choice Hotels w/ a discounted rate and that was the ONLY reason I was even considering. Once we booked, we were locked in and wish I had seen the property before booking. It was VERY dingy and deshilved and in need of repairs in MANY areas. It was also in a sketchy part of town - that concerned me too. We ended up staying 2 nights but we were locked in to it. The pool was open but only from 11:30am to 7:30 pm - terrible hours! The water was murky, many things floating in - not cared for properly.

The privacy fence is broken down and in need of repair in many places. The property is also rented out weekly with many tenants living in the rear rooms. If they rent it out by the week--run!

It was just plain gross and did not feel clean. They had WIFI but the service was terrible! Only stay there if you are desperate. I would NEVER stay there again or recommend it even to my enemies.

We ended up staying at Econolodge our last night on Percy Priest Drive and it was such a huge difference, it was like staying at a 5 star hotel!
