OMG! Where do I start?
The Negatives started with the Check In progress.
The company of my employment reserved this hotel for an overnight stay.
And even though I had a confirmation number it was close to an hour before I checked in.

I was given a room on the Busy Street Side of the hotel and because the Super 8 is an Older hotel, the noise was very present.
When attempting to call the Front Desk to possibly request a different room, I discovered that the Phone Was Dead. No Sounds, No Tones, No Lights.. NOTHING!
The Refrigerator Door was Wide Open so I am not sure if it was in working order.
The room had a large modern TV, however when I turned it on, there was a Crack running through the center of the screen.

Because I was exhausted from the long day, I decided that I could make do for the night, but apparently there is a Hospital a few blocks away and All Night Long, there was a Siren after Siren after Siren. 🚨

The following morning I considered making coffee however the rooms coffee maker was Absolutely Filthy.
So thinking that I'd just grab a Nice Cup of Coffee from the lobby before I checked out of this wonderful establishment, I was Disappointed Again to find the Lobby CLOSED to all guests. (What the What!)
Lucky for me there was a Waffle House across the street serving Freshly Brewed Coffee.

If anyone actually reads this review, they might want to suggest to the corporate office changing the name of this hotel to the "SUPER 3.5"

TERRIBLE! We booked to visit the USA visiting a few different states, and we needed a hotel in Nashville for our last 3 nights before we flew home. We went for somewhere cheap as the photos looked "ok" and acceptable just for a couple of nights. This was a bad idea. We checked in and firstly we were opened the door to be hit in the face by the stench of cigarette smoke, although we requested a Non-smoking room. Of course, all the bed sheets smelled really bad, and so did all of our clothes and belongings after the first night. After getting over the smell, we noticed that this place wasn't pleasant at all. This particular area itself didn't feel safe and the room was FAR from even being acceptably clean. It was late when we checked in so we decided to just try our best to relax, but as soon as we got in the bed, we noticed strange stains (you know what) and lipstick all over the sheets, as well as blood stains around the bathtub. We could barely sleep a wink, being so uncomfortable. In the morning we decided that we couldn't bare to stay another night so we went to the reception and said that we are happy to pay for the night we stayed, but we want a refund for the following 2 nights as we are checking out to find somewhere else. The lady at reception was very abrupt/rude, and eventually told us to come back when the manager was here. We went back and the manager said we couldn't get a refund as it was past checkout time, although we were there a lot earlier and were told to come back (3 or 4, hours later). Eventually, after some debating, we managed to get half of our money back for that night that we didn't even stay, and a full refund for the third night. We managed to find somewhere CHEAPER that was a million times better with great reviews (Alexis Inn & Suits Nashville... Recommended!!). On top of this, after typing in the name of the hotel, we found out there had apparently been a shooting at this location just a week or two before our visit. Overall, AVOID at all costs (unless you're absolutely desperate - homeless etc). Dirty and unsafe 🤮

If you want a lower price in Nashville then lower your expectations. We had two double beds and the sheets were changed daily but the beds were a bit soft. Towels were soft and thick and changed daily. The ac/heat worked ok. The refrigerator and flat screen tv were good. The sofa was marked up and dirty. The tall lamp near the sofa did not work. The sink was plugged up and drained very slowly. (About one hour after each use). The breakfast area was there but we never used it. The front desk did not respond to question or concerns other than to check us in. Parking was ok.

When I opened the drawers there were cockroaches crawling all over. They switched us rooms and the second room the deadbolt would not lock.... it appeared like someone had tried prying the door open and the metal was bent. The was before the Uber driver said there were "crack heads" in the area and don't wonder around. The one nice thing I can say is the beds were amazing. The reception/breakfast area smelled really moldy. Breakfast was 2 cereals, oranges, coffee and juice. One day they had packaged cinnamon buns but I only saw them once. Overall I would not recommend this hotel.

We asked for a non smoking room. Every room smelled like smoke . Very dangerous area . Ubers recommended us not to go out at night around the hotel . A person without uniform bang on the door to pick up laundry. He barely spoke English . He was the cleaning person from
The hotel . So because he couldn’t understand what I was saying , he became Very rude . DO NOT BOOK this hotel . It is very cheap for a reason !

It served its purpose because it was affordable & in a convenient location to stay after the Taylor Swift concert. However, I don’t recommend it. The manager wasn’t at all friendly at check-in. She acted like she was doing us a favor by letting us stay at her hotel. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day, but the next morning when I went to the lobby for coffee, there were coffee mugs sitting out so I picked one up. She came over & yanked it out of my hand & said, “Those are private coffee mugs!” and pointed to some cups. They weren’t even disposable coffee cups with lids. They were tiny styrofoam cups that burn your hand when hot coffee is poured in them. I probably could’ve gotten over all that but let’s talk about the room…the door was incredibly difficult to unlock, there were stains on the walls, cobwebs in every corner, cigarette burns in the sheets (it was a non-smoking room), a mouse trap in between the bed & the night stand, the refrigerator door wouldn’t stay closed because the rubber seal was all torn up & hanging by a thread. On a positive note, housekeeping was very helpful & kind!

This hotel is now a super 8 and I really enjoyed my stay here. I've stayed at many hotels in Nashville and this is by far one of the best and the price is also great too. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The toilet rocked, it needed to be bolted to the floor. The toilet seat was held on by one bolt, not two so you slid from side to side. There were holes in the wall, the smoke detector was missing. And worst was the sink. It never ever did drain from the first moment we arrived. We couldn't use it at all. We had to brush our teeth in the shower. Very disappointed. This was a suite upgrade!! We stayed 6 other days at other Wyndham properties on our trip. All were very good. Terrible experience here. Definitely NOT recommended.

This place is so gross. It smells. You could see outside through the door jam. No toilet paper or coffee. Mouse traps all over. What looks like puke on bathroom wall. Manager would only refund if I paid a cancellation fee in cash. Just hop right next door
To the best western.

This place was run down. Trash was around the property. Room had 2 skimpy pillows. The lamp was taped with electrical wire which was coming off. Since we were only staying 1 night, we stayed. Breakfast was advertised but there was none. It felt very unsafe to stay there. Do not stay there. It was appalling that Wyndham had its name on the sign.
