Within easy walking distance to Broadway yet far enough away from the noise. The decor in the lobby and bar was art deco. We had a good breakfast there every day too, would recommend.

Adam was above and beyond helpful with our check in and stay experience! We packed more than usual, but he was there for us and made everything super easy. Anytime you’re staying in downtown Nashville, you have to hit up the Holston. It is super convenient, very modern, and perfectly friendly.

We stayed at Holston House in April '24 to celebrate my wife's birthday. Overall, this hotel is a quaint boutique hotel with a very friendly, well-trained staff. Our check-in went quickly but I did notice a line forming at busy hours in front of the 2 agents. Our room was well-appointed and clean (King Premium.) It's an interesting configuration in that the toilet is in a separate room/water closet away from the shower area. Bed was comfortable, but only had 3 pillows. All of the staff we encountered was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect! Just minutes away from the fun on Broadway and Printer's Alley. The only issue we encountered was that we had no hot water on 2 of our 3 mornings. We were told at check-out that a boiler had gone out and that it was fixed. While it is only 1 strike, it's kind of a big one, for me in that it happened twice. Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel. The lobby was great for meeting with friends, the bar was friendly and made great cocktails, the location was perfect, and the staff was fantastic!

This was a great experience overall. A beautiful hotel close to Broadway but the less than five minute walk has you far enough away to give you peace. Everything from checkin, house cleaning to the valets were spot on. They recognized our status, and also gave us the high floor room that we wanted. We will definitely be coming back next year! Highly recommended!

What a fabulous hotel and within walking distance to Broadway and The Ryman. The staff at the hotel were very assertive and nothing was too much bother. There’s a rooftop pool & Bar where we sat at night looking over the city. The only negative thing I have to say about the hotel is that the noise from outside kept me awake every night. I kept getting up to see if the window was open, but they were shut tight.

Room Tip: Maybe stay at the back of the hotel where I’m guessing it’s a little quieter

Adam and Jack in valet went over and above to help us. They carried our bags up the stairs into the hotel. They stored our bags after we checked out but still wanted to explore. They had our car ready just when we needed it. We would definitely recommend Holston House to family and friends!

This is a perfectly located hotel. Close to Broadway, and all the other Nashville attractions. The breakfast was delicious and comfortable and we enjoyed every morning. The staff in the restaurant, and in the lounge were friendly and provide great service. We met the GM on the first day and he was so helpful and welcoming. He told us about Eric Church’s new restaurant opening the next day and we went and had a great time. We think we even saw Eric Church. The rooms are tight, but well appointed and very clean. We were surprised how soundproof they were. The beds were so comfortable. The rooftop looks great, but the weather was great, so we didn’t really take advantage of that. Thanks for a great three nights

Came with two friends to explore Nashville for the first time. We had a great time and the hotel was close to the strip and attractions. The rooms were clean and staff was nice. The bar onsite had good cocktails. The rooftop pools is really pretty to bad it was to cold when we were visiting.

Very Clean...great location. The bell hop Hector was extremely helpful and friendly. It has a fun bar too. Very convenient to the bars on Broadway. The rooms were a bit small but comfortable. The outside pool looked really fun but it was too cold to use it.

Great hotel within walking distance to many attractions. Fun atmosphere, plants and eclectic furniture decorate the lobby, pristine white sheets and clean rooms. Also nice to have a craft cocktail in the afternoon . The staff is wonderful. Hector is a great asset to the hotel.
